El personal muy amable, la habitación limpia y cómoda, tiene buena ubicación.
Que no había ascensor pero el personal se preocupó por llevar mis maletas a la habitación.

O hotel não possui elevador, porém, os funcionários são tão educados que levaram as nossas malas no andar do nosso quarto.

Walking distance to the Milano Centrale train station.
Staff staring at cell phones when you walk out. Not paying attention sleepy. I passed by one of them staring at a phone on the way out and he had to chase me down the street because you need to leave the key to have the room cleaned. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7:30; one day sleepy overnight staff was late setting it up.
