We needed an hotel located close to Milan Central station, so we could travel into Milan on one day, and travel on to Milan Malpensa airport the next day. This was perfect for our needs. It is a small hotel near the station, very comfortable and quiet, with early (1pm) check-in. People friendly and helpful, breakfast available in the bar where we checked in, numerous restaurants available nearby.

Great location (3 mins from Central Station).
We didn’t appreciate the owners/cleaning staff entering our room while we were out. This should have been mentioned during check-in; we only stayed there for two nights and were barely inside, so cleaning after us was not necessary. We would have requested fresh towels on our own if needed.

Close to the station as we needed to get a train to the airport early next morning.
Very clean, decent service shower
Didn’t feel very safe in the area, but it served its purpose.
Language barrier with owners, tea/coffee making facilities were in the corridor right outside our room (no 2)
Noisy guests making drinks early hours, not very sound proof could hear talking, mobile phones going off until 3am
