Charming hotel in middle of Milan with lovely conservatory breakfast room opening onto garden area. It’s on our list for a return visit.

The room was nice and clean, everything worked with no problems for the most part.. actually great location by the metro
No clear signs or information how to actually get into the hotel, after walking back and forth for a while we figured it out...The tourist tax fee, felt that was a rip off, having to hold on to our passports to verify our information, told to come back in 10 minutes to get them back...of course we stayed and waited wouldnt leave our passports with a stranger...room was pretty cold until the evening, then got cold again...lots of unsavory people around the area, not recommended to go out in the evening by staff...i wouldn't recommend either...breakfast not worth 20 euros...should have been included
