This place was an absolute nightmare. Not worrh the money at all. It was so filthy and ran down. The cleaning team needs some serious help. On the back side of the hotel they are infested with bees on both corners. The door was closed and the seals are so non existent i could hear everything outside like the door was wife open. Never in my life will i stay at a super 8. Disappointed ghe health department needs to go have a field day there.

I read some of the reviews before I booked our room. I’ve learned not to believe what others say and to make my own judgement. This property is older than some. Not a problem! The beds were comfortable, the area felt safe. The interior and exterior are dated, but - so what? Cleaner than some of our neighbors places back home. Staff was friendly. No interstate traffic noise. Couldn’t hear our neighbors. It was perfect! Thank you for a great stay! We left early and the parking lot was pretty full. That alone says more than a review.

Check in was fine got card and went to room. Open the room door and the beds were taken apart. Mattress leaning against the wall. Bed frame in pieces. It was a late check in and I was tired of driving for 18 hrs. Then I had to deal with getting a refund with some help from front desk. And left on my own to find other accommodations. Regret not taking pictures but was so upset when I saw the room that I went straight to the front desk.

I was just there in April. I didn’t expect the deterioration of the rooms in that amount of time. The lobby was very clean. Lexi, who was great had to switch my room, because the ac/heater didn’t work. There were also cigarette burn holes in the bedspread. It’s a non-smoking room. I received the only other room that was available it too had cigarette burn holes in the bedspread, the carpeting needs to be replaced, there were holes in the drapes, there were stains on the drapes, there were stains on the chair, there was what looked like dried tar in the sink, the bath spout was about to come out of the wall, one of the lampshades needs to be replaced and there was a big stain on the box spring. I was very disappointed staying there this time.

When we got to our room, I did an inspection of going to the bathroom first and the bathroom door did not shut so you couldn't lock it and it was a two bed room. The doors to actually get into the room. You have the light shining in through all the cracks! Staff don't know what they're doing, and I need to be fired!!!. We got charged three times cause they didn't know what they was doing zero out of 10 recommend this hotel

I didn't end up staying in the hotel because the first room i was give the secondary lock was completely broken off the door and the room smelled. Then when given a different room the door frame holding the secondary lock was coming off the wall and the room smelled as well.

As is typical, breakfast is not diabetic friendly, so very limited. Coffee but no tea. Room is basic, no phones, no real America, furniture is decades old and worn and linens had cigarette burns A/C was good. Pool closed and looked like hasn't been used in awhile. The sign barely lights up at night, so place looks like it's on the decline.

Bed bugs were in our bed. They moved us to a different room at 1 am. And then when approached about it at the front office… they shushed me and treated me with additional disrespect. They were scared others would hear about the bed bugs, but truthfully if we had known, there would be no way in hell we would have gone here.

It's been the worst experience we've had, disgustingly and ridiculously dirty, cockroaches, hair everywhere , bugs, disgusting please look for another alternative especially if you have small children 😔

MOLD, in bathroom and in the room by the AC. Smoking room so I understand the smell HOWEVER, WASH the curtains every so often. I used the on site washer and dryer to wash them myself! While swimming in the pool that needed cleaning, the light fixture came floating up. Scared the heck out of us. PLUS, my boss got a room same day and he paid WAY LESS!!! We had to buy candles, and room spray, and wash the sheets ourselves. Even had to buy mold spray. MOLD KILLS! The AD DIDN'T COOL PAST 80!!

The counter clerk was really slow. There was trash and beer cans all around the parking are. The room melt like week had been smoked in it. The mattress had mid craters in it. The Ac did not cool properly.

We ran out as soon as see the condition of second room because the first room the bathroom door not able to open it and no one on site able to help. Only one young girl who’s the receptionist and not able to help with anything at all.

Booked (3) rooms for a crew working out of town and it took 30 minutes and (2) phone calls from the front desk person to figure this out. It was clearly stated on the reservation how many rooms and how many guests. Not sure why the process was made so much harder than it needed to be.

Really the room was not clean,the whole property needs an updating bad!!! Cracked ceiling,cracked walls. If you leave the bathroom light on the fan smells like it’s burning!!! refrigerator needs defrosting bad!! Smarties candy is in the peep hole!! It’s was nasty around the table between the beds! The only thing good about it was the very nice lady that checked me in!!!! She was super!!! corporate needs to secretly go staying in one of those rooms!!! I feel like I was way overcharged,for the shape the room was in!!!

I made a reservation on the Hotels.com app while en route. I received a confirmation email and proceeded to drive another two hours in the expectation that I had a room for the night.
When I arrived, the desk clerk flippantly told me she canceled my reservation. When I asked why she would do that she just said, “we’re full.” No explanation. No offer to help.
I will NEVER stay at a Super 8 ever again! More importantly, as a state employee, I will make it my personal mission to dissuade as many people from giving the Wyndham brand the least amount of business as I possibly can.

I had made a reservation on line for a king size bed and we got a full size bed. Our tv only had two channels and couldn't watch it because of the reception was terrible. The room stunk so bad of stale butt. We didn't stay , we went across the street and it was nice. This is by far the worst place I started to stay. The pictures were nice but it was actually nasty. Never again

First of all, the place was dirty as hell. The TV only had one channel and it could not be changed and it was the Disney channel. The key card failed to work just about every time I used it so I had to go get it redone at the front desk. Sketchy area at best too

Horrible stay. We were woken to a car being stolen (not ours) and even saw a prostitute going to a near by room. The room was dirty, towels dirty, linens dirty…will never stay here again.
