The night clerk was not friendly at all tried to do small talk with him and got the shaft. No response. Also the complimentary water was not offered as courtesy. Had to ask for them. Got all the way to our room and the card to the did not unlock the door. Went back downstairs and told the clerk the key wouldn’t work to unlock the door. He had to meet us back up at the room to unlock the door because he said the battery was dead in the door lock. Which is insane. He should’ve knew that before we went up stairs in the first place. Then once in the room the heater was on. Mind you it was 90 degrees on this day. He needs to be retrained on greeting clients, general customer service skills and be better prepared for clients checking in advising them of particular room’s defects at check in. They way extra trips to the service desk are not required.

Rooms were super clean, large bathroom, high pressure shower, breakfast was better than most hotels as food was hot and more selection than other places we stayed. Would highly recommend this hotel

It was in good repair and employees seemed to have good morale and genuine care. Most hotels in this budget range do not stack up as well. We enjoyed our stay.
