I completed online check in because I knew that I would be arriving late and would be tired. Well, that was a waste because the gentleman proceeded to ask me for everything (ID, Card) that I had already uploaded online. Also, during online check-in, I requested a higher floor, and he proceeded to give me a room on the first floor. A little disturbed, however, I was going to take after saying something to him about my request. The savior of the moment was a female colleague who obviously had read my online request and instructed the young man to give me a room on the 3rd floor. After I got to my room it was peace and quiet,
Having to go through the extra steps even after checking in online. Not being able to check on with a human in the morning (8:15AM) because I wanted a copy of my bill. Couldn't wait because I had a 9 AM meeting.

I liked the location of this place. The room was good/ mostly clean. The TV worked the majority of the time. And the water from the shower was quick to turn hot/cold. It was also decently quiet
The breakfast. I wish there was more variety. We stayed for 3 days, and the hot food selection was biscuits, gravy, sausage. There was also a waffle machine.
On our 2nd day, they included eggs, but that was only on the 2nd day. The coffee machine was also out of coffee. But the juices were still there.
On our last morning there, we woke up a bit later but still within the time frame of bfast, but the waffle machine was off.
Our room key also stopped working twice, on different days, so there was that also. It didnt bother us that much, since it was a short walk to the front desk,.... but it was a bit annoying that we had to do it. There was also some stains on the bed sheets, but it felt/smelled clean.
I would stay here again because of the friendly/helpful staff & location of the place, but maybe skip on bfast next time.

Location was good for where I traveled to. The staff were friendly. Not a bad hotel for a last minute trip. Great bathroom lighting!
There were stains on the bedding and towels. The A/C made a loud rattling noise when turned on.
