Our stay was magical in the Casanova Suite. Perfect experience from A to Z. Great breakfast in the room with the amazing view of the ponte dei sospiri. Raffaele was great at the room service, very friendly.

We Loved our stay. Raphael was an exceptional host. We loved meeting his son Alejandro. It was an amazing comfortable experience.
Our son and daughter in law were married at Lake Como and we had our 14th Anniversary while in Venice. Gracie for your kindness and hospitality

This was absolutely the best location. The hotel was lovely. Very clean and beautiful rooms. The best part was the breakfast included was room service every morning. Rafaele was extraordinary. He made our day. He was kind, welcoming and attentive. We will never forget how much he added to our stay.
