The young receptionist staff was very friendly and helpful. The middle-aged receptionist was neither friendly nor helpful. We arrived early from the airport and he would not allow for early check in. He would not allow us to access the rooftop lounge area as seen in the website images. When arranging for a taxi ride to the airport He failed to inform us of the Naples airport hours. Luckily one of the young receptionist informed us , thereby preventing us from waiting outside the airport at 3a for an hour.
The daily breakfast buffet was not offered at the hotel. We were informed that we could use the breakfast buffet at another hotel that was 18 minute walk away.
However, the room was cleaned very well daily. The hotel’s location is very good, near the Duomo metro. Plenty of dining options nearby.
