The room and location was perfect 👌 Couldn’t have asked for better accommodation. Was spotlessly clean, so comfy and staff were so helpful and breakfast was amazing. Thank you 🙏

We loved the location in the city. The room was spacious, very comfortable with advantages of black out blinds a hairdryer, safe and fabulous shower. Loved the rose heart on the bed too when we arrived.
The staff were warm and welcoming on arrival and this carried on throughout our stay. Emails were replied to promptly.
Breakfast was perfect with a gluten free basket for me being coeliac.
We loved all the artwork /pictures and the flowers around the public areas.
We was able to completely relax and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits. We even had a surprise bottle of wine included.

Excellent hotel close to everything , staff was terrific and first night we had the room in the annex like we had an apartment in Verona !!
