The room was very nice and reasonably priced. I was stranded in North Platte, NE because a blizzard closed all of the roads in my area, so even though I was only 30 miles from home I couldn’t get there and had to book a room. I was glad I did it through Hotels.com because the hotel filled up so fast I wouldn’t have gotten a room if I had waited until I got there, the whole lobby was full of people already trying to get in.

I have been saving up OneKeyCash points to take this trip. I selected this hotel online because it looked like the best deal. I requested a room without stairs, which is almost always granted. When I went to check-in, they told me that ground floor rooms had a $10 surcharge and could not be added to my OneKeyCash points. So that and the damage deposit went on my credit card. We found our room - about as far from the lobby and ice machine as you could get. When we opened the door to the room, the thermostat was set at 90. We left the door open for a while, but finally had to turn on the air conditioner (in December!) so we could sleep. The room was clean, but veery dated. The furniture was very worn. The final surprise came when we went to have breakfast - they discontinued it a couple of years ago, but the information has not been updated in the website. Between extra charge and not breakfast, we felt snookered.

We got what we needed and have no complaints: comfortable bed, cleanliness in every part of the room, not far from the freeway, quiet, walk-in shower. We were well-rested for continuing our trip in the morning.

The bathroom was dirty. The shower was rusted. The floors were dirty. The price was cheap. You get what you pay for. The front desk told me they don't change the sheets everyday. Nasty. There was bed bugs.

Was booked at wrong hotel. Lots of hot ridding vehicles and motorcycles. The stairs were very noisy.

Beds were very comfortable! Bedding was clean but floors were not. There was a crunched chip and a nickel under the edge of the bed. Not a deal breaker but definitely an ick factor. Three pillows on each bed was strange but worked for us. Check in was easy. Everything was modern. I’d stay here again.

I stayed here when I was traveling and really only needed a clean place to sleep and shower that was not too expensive. North Platte Inn and Suites fit the bill. A lot of fast food options nearby. The receptionist was very helpful when I checked in.

We loved the location- right next to a delicious restaurant- Brighams taproom. The room seemed pretty clean. I didnt like the shower ( outdated). Maybe it was just the night, but it appeared that only men were the other guests and if i was solo traveling I would not have stayed here as many men congregated on the balconies. Again, could have been the night...Overall, for the price, my boyfriend and I were very satisfied.

I"m a disabled veteran and asked if i could have a bottom floor but instead had to pay another $15.00 on top of my reservation charge. Was very disappointed. Room was swarming with flies and was very uncomfortable!!!!

There was a glitch in our reservations, however the young man behind the desk was great, he continued to look into things and got everything figured out. While the motel may need a few ugrades on the out side, it was very clean and comfortable. They do not offer breakfast but the coffee was hot and our room did have a small kitchen available.

Facility was convenient for a last minute decision to stop for the night, on our way to our destination. Property was clean & quiet, staff was friendly. It was nice that we could walk to get a quick bite to eat as it was close to restaurants & convenient stores. Facility was very pleasant over all.

Pros: Clean, easy to get to off the Interstate, really good Mexican restaurant right next door that even sells super yummy breakfast burritos, updated, provided shampoo AND conditioner, and outside entrances (which means family friendly to me making it less awkward to not have to sneak our small children into our room so we can all sleep in the same room together. Questions? Refer to some immginary fire code that makes absolutely no sense that every so often we run into when we stay at a hotel) Cons: Expedia stays this hotel offers a breakfast. Reviews even talked up the yummy breakfast aaaaand there was absolutely NO BRRAKFAST 😩. Doesn't feel like the safest area North Platte offers.

We definitely recommend this hotel! The staff was so great! The room was clean with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows, and an in-room HVAC. We paid for and walked out of (without a refund) another locally owned hotel due to a broken central A/C, so when we showed up at the North Platte Inn & Suites we were hot and frustrated. Everyone was welcoming and the room was nice and cold! They also have a centrally located ice machine downstairs.
