They advertised a pool and it was closed. The bathroom fan didint work. The lights for the sink did not work. It was fairly clean.

Gave explanation on other review of check in service bAd no one at front desk at check was going to charge me 25 to check in a few mins early. Not in policy online or at hotel run down. Room had dirty linens light fixture had missing covers . Couldn’t find room it was in area separate from main hotel in alley. Would notvrecommend and unsatisfied with how it listed online. Would not stay there again

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. The shower/tub doesn't drain while you shower. It is molded in the corners of the shower. The toilet was dirty. The door had been kicked in at one time and they tried to repair it but you could see outside from the inside through about a half inch gap. The wind would blow through it. They never came into the room for service the whole time we were there. We stopped at the office 3 times wanting to get some clean towels and nobody was there. Finally about 9 p.m. we were able to locate an employee. I truly wouldn't stay there again. If I could have gotten a refund I would have just left. If you are looking for a place to stay I would highly recommend that you find another place to stay.

Lack of staff at front desk. Floor in the room was dirty. The floor was old and worn out and falling apart. The water in the shower went from scalding hot to ice cold and back again many times during my shower.

People do the best they can with what they have (staff). the place was rundown, no breakfast dirty on the hallways, need a bit of good scrubbing.... but conveniente if you need to be in the area.

I have stayed at this travelodge at least five times now over the years. The family that owns it is very nice and while the front desk sometimes is not occupied it’s usually pretty easy to find them. Rooms are nice and comfortable, location is close to the north entrance of Yellowstone making it a good landing place after being in the wilderness. My only issue with this place is the house keeping staff. The make so much noise very early in the morning and it really put a damper on my ability to get a decent nights rest the past two trips. Singing “no sunshine” at full volume at 8 am right outside my room is not cool….

I had reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub and they gave it to some one else and then gave me one with a kitchenette that you can’t even cook in cause it only has a microwave it was pointless

I liked the check in employee was very friendly. I did not like the room. It was not clean. Floors had crumbs and were sticky in spots. Desk and night table were sticky, I wiped them down myself. The room and linen had a bad smell. I bought Fabreeze and sprayed everything. Linen had stains and hair on them. No breakfast. Coffee had coffee grounds. Way to high priced for what is there.

We chose to stay at this hotel because they had an indoor pool. Unfortunately, the pool was out of operation due to the need of repairs. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our room had a freezer as well as a refrigerator and a microwave. This cut down on meal cost can significantly. The hotel laundry was useful and convenient. We were able to use the business office to print out our boarding passes.

Not great. Could not get towels for day 2 even after we asked in advance. Tv did not work and we asked for maintenance and no one showed up. Eco friendly is a major irritant at all hotels…,we are paying for service we usually cannot get even though price is same… the only benefactor is hotel owners

OK for a basic overnight stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Fridge didn’t work. They were short staffed when we stayed so check in was delayed. Also, the door to our room was wide open when we got to the room. Two other adjacent rooms were the same way (door wide open). Did they just finish making up the rooms? A bit weird and unnerving.

Surly desk attendant who wasn’t available for check in for 8 minutes. Room seemed clean except for gritty floor (outside entrance with no outside or inside mats from rough parking lot). Stripped down room with all the boxes checked: fridge (filthy), microwave, hair dryer, iron and board, (all of which we didn’t need), wifi. Cigarette butts in front of our door. Broken chain lock. The room seemed recently painted and the bed was fine. However there was no blanket, only a sheet and equally thin bedspread. We couldn’t use the heater because it smelled. The entire complex is so old and poorly maintained. It is large and was packed… primarily with people at a small casino. We obviously chose wrong. Shame on Wyndham and Travel Lodge.

I got to the motel at 8:30 pm and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. Several people came in behind me waiting also. Tried to check in and could not get the computer to work. Finally got a room and went to it to find someone else in the room already. Went back and talked to the front desk and at that time decided not to stay there and left and found another Motel.

This hotel almost seemed like it was a half way house. There were 3 people sitting in chairs outside their rooms for hours, at times drinking. The hotel was very outdated. The room have 2 doors. One opened to the outside and one to the hallway. The one to the outside didn’t work. Neither did the next door neighbors.

The young man who check us in was great. Very personable and efficient. The floors in the room were covered with black grit and the caulking around the tube in the bathroom had black mold and needs to be scrapped out and replaced. Loved the location, it was very easy to get on the road early in the morning for North Yellowstone. I never did receive a receipt either, which was suppose to be delivered under the door early in the morning, nor was there anybody in the office to give me on when we checked out. I might stay here again.

Both doors had broken locks so couldn't use card on one door and the other door wouldn't stay locked so you could literally push on it and open it, no sound barrier at night could hear everything and bathroom had someone else's hair in it so obviously not cleaned properly.

Despite all the negative comments on this complex, it`s not that bad, it`s just average, and for the price paid, it`s value for money. Some areas in the property have in fact been renovated. As for cleanliness, it`s just average, considering cleaning staff would be difficult to find in remote mountain regions, especially for the warmer months, when the motel opens only.

Check in was slow, outside locks don't work, have to go to indoor door. The toilet roll was on the back of toilet tank, there was no tissue bar, no basket for coffee pot in room, no morning coffee. Place totally disjointed, old and not well maintained!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
