Pobyt był fantastyczny. Obsługa bardzo miła i profesjonalna. Sauny i base były rewelacyjne- pełen relaks. Dodam jeszcze, ze poziom kuchni był bardzo wysoki i kolacja była pyszna. Polecamy.

This was a comfortable old fashioned hotel -we had a beautiful suite with a nicel wood paneled library , ample coffee and tea service, electric blinds-and anything we asked for was delivered. the hotel is located in a quiet part of town with lovely fin de siecle villas, a walking distance to the park and the beach, and a comfortable walk to the busy resort center.

Excellent service, we ordered roomservice a couple of times and it was fast and the food was good. I can really recommend ordering up breakfast to the room! For a small fee you can get as much as you like delivered straight to your room. It was quite hard and took some time to find a parking spot in the area, so be prepared for that if you take the car. The hotel offers sun beds at the beach for a cost of 70 zl for two beds and a parasol, which was really nice. Clean and nice hotel and all in all really good.

Overall hotel is very nice. Very nice swimming pool, sauna. Really good food (breakfast, dinner)… Live piano music in the bar. Very handy porters - helping all the time. I do recommend this hotel for everyone who like nice quiet place. There is also private beach available 4 min walk from hotel.

Requested a twin room for 2 adults, this is the bed that 1 of the adults got, charged the same price for both adults for the stay and 1 got a fold-down camp bed

It's a good hotel but room keeping turn up at 9am and if you're not up by then they don't return for the rest of the day so we had the same towels for 4 days and had to chase toiletries. Might suit a business traveler more than those having a weekend way.

Our room was in the wing of the hotel above the conference centre where they had a band playing for a party very loudly until 5am. It was impossible to sleep. We called to complain and they refused to ask them to reduce the noise level. The rooms have no soundproofing and they allow parties hosted in the hotel to go until the morning with no regard for their guests. We had a wedding to attend the following evening for which we were absolutely wrecked due to zero sleep the night before. We might as well have been in the room with the party ourselves. Do not stay here if you are not a part of the event in the conference centre. They have no regard for guests who are staying with them to actually sleep.

The hotel itself is very dated. They nickel and dime you for everything. You have to pay extra for the chairs at the beach and there is a “resort fee” on top of the daily rate which was never mentioned to us until check out.

Great stay at hotel , although we were told our subveds were at a reduced rate at the beach infact they were the same price as the otgers on the beach , also not happy with the beach bar staff as they thought they could steal my change off me ,, overall beautiful hotel in a good location

Staffs are really helpful, this was the only Valuable thing here. I understood it was hotel’s hot season in July, but 1330zloty for a double premium room with a 4 years old kid, it was still pricey, because it was not including breakfast, extra 70zloty per adult. I would rather recommend Costa on Main Street.There wasn’t inform about parking tax(17zloty), 120zloty for 2 days parking. The view from our room is some ugly iron roof, and the small alley next to the old tennis stadium. Generally not recommend to come in such payment

Nice old charm hotel. Great pool and spa! Nice facial. Junior suite was spacious. Beautiful bathroom! Nice walk to private beach and shops.

Not comfortable mattress.Everthing else was ok . Breakfast to expensive and it should be until 11:30 am not 10:00 am . People sleeping little bit longer when on vacation.

We only stayed one night but it was a great stay. Lovely room, nice bar and very friendly staff

My stay at Hotel Haffner was a great experience. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Everything was very clean and nicely setup. The food and drinks were great and decently priced. Wifi was a big thing for me since I didn't have phone service and it was the fastest wifi i experienced while in Poland. Thanks Hotel Haffner for a great stay!!

It would be even more pleasant stay if it was not for: 1/ very uncomfortable beds, because of mattresses which are too narrow, too soft and shifting position with the movement of sleeping person. 2/ very unsatisfactory service in the Spa on the evening of the 5th of August (manicure and pedicure).

Definitely a place to stay again.........and again and again!

The hotel is in a good location about 10 minutes walk away from the town centre its between 2 train station half way. Its a lovely 15-20 minute walk from Sopot main station. The room was clean and very tidy. Receptionists were efficient and welcoming but some local knowledge should be given to a few of them. Hotel wifi was acceptable but kept dropping off (some upgrading needed there) The spa is small but amazing enjoyed every moment we spent there. did not have breakfast at the hotel as we prefer local places. Polish bread stuff, dairy and other products are of excellent quality. On departure we were faced with a local city tax of zl25 for 4 nights (2013) that no one had mentioned before so be prepared The `Molo` is a must its the longest pier around. Up to 9pm it costs to enter but its money well spent. try the apple pie at the Molo's restaurant. The beach is great. The sea is a bit on the cold side but one can get used to it. Visit Gdansk as well its only 20 minutes away by train. Sopot and Gdansk are lovely places clean nice and safe for all. We had a fantastic few days there

Hotel Haffner is a nice property at which I will consider staying again. The hotel is well organized with an attractive lobby, helpful staff and good restaurant on premises. Our stay was, unfortunately, tainted by an exploding pipe that lead to a series of disruptions (changing room, smoking neighbor, et al). The staff did their best to help in a bad situation, otherwise, this stay would have gotten a warning to avoid Haffner at all costs.

My fiance Gwen and I had a really memorable weekend at Haffner. Excellentservice, ok price, well situated close to Sopot town centre. Excellent !

The hotel is nice , but the so called fantastic breakfast was poorer than a medium average hotel in my country. 70 pln for a breakfast is WAY to much. I call it robbery !
