Condo is nicely furnished. Kitchen is very small and most cabinets are awkward to access; no kitchen table, counter seating only. Could use large mixing bowl for food prep, various size serving bowls and storage containers. Also a full size blanket for each bed would be nice on cool nights and a barbeque grill; small tabletop charcoal grill was rusty and nasty inside. Condo Association has no amenities. In comparison to other homes we have wintered at over the course of many years in this area, we feel this unit is slightly overpriced for what it has to offer. Owner is very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with anything you could need. The owners went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. It is in a great location close to Pepper Beach. I would recommend this condo if you are looking for a nice place to stay.

My wife & I were looking for a quiet place to spend the winter. We hit the jackpot! Gina was super co-operative. I just had to ask & she was on it ! Would go back without a second thought. Really really loved the place . Joe & Pierrette

Convenient and comfortable. Walk to beach. Also handy to gas, store and restaurant.
Beautifully appointed kitchen and decor throughout. Super comfy bed.
Two outdoor seating areas.
