Super convenient location close to the train station and within walking distance of the major attraction. The staff (particularly the gentleman that seems to be the manager) were very nice and helpful. No frills, very clean, and excellent location. Exactly what I needed for a short solo trip from Rome, so I wouldn't miss visiting Florence during a short visit to Italy,

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the train station and tram. Booked last minute and was very pleasantly surprised. Would stay here again!
