Perfect location, steps from main train station and walkable to most Florence attractions. Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Reception staff was super helpful (especially Nadia): they reached out before our arrival with instructions, provided restaurant recommendations, updated museum scheules (for the Easter weekend).
Breakfast was simple but plenty and coffee is delicious and made fresh to order.

This property is located very close to the train station but there was no problem with loiterers. It was also surprisingly quiet. Very close to the heart of old Florence and surrounded by mini marts, restaurants and shopping. Walkable to all the major sites, food and shopping & p public transportation. . Front desk has limited hours, breakfast has all cold items; the coffee is excellent. Cold meats and boiled eggs complement the carbs, fruit and juices.
The elevator is on floor 1 so cases must be carried up from 0. Not suitable for those who are challenged by stairs or accompanied by small children.
The room and bathroom were a good size. We didn’t feel cramped at all.
