Great location, staff and amenities. Perfect for our short trip to Florence. Hotel is on the 4th floor but that was not an issue at all.

It’s okay. The place smells kind of weird and is definitely overpriced for what it is, but the man at the desk was very kind and helpful, and it’s in a very convenient location near the train station.
