No tissues, missing bathroom exhaust fan cover, broken sink faucet. Microwave needs good cleaning or replacement due to burnt popcorn, refrigerator gasket needs cleaning

Check in was simple and pleasant. Room was dated but everything worked properly. Was good enough for our one night stay. If you don’t pay a lot don’t expect a lot. Would stay again.

Rooms not like the pictures...they look like a crack room..nasty.... Mattresses are dirty, food and whatever all over walls bathroom, base boards, dirty tub, mold in bathroom, wholes in walls, a kleenex in the smoke alarm

This is the best Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in in my life it’s very clean and well kept. I appreciate all the service and the staff would recommend 1000%.

Rooms need a makeover which wouldn’t be an issue if it was clean. Broken light switches, leaking tub, warped bathroom door didn’t make for a great night experience. Probably won’t go back.

Room and one side of bed reaked of dog urine, not very well cleaned. Visible Mold on flooring planks in bathroom, it smelt so bad.

Blue haired front desk lady seemed aggravated that I was there at 1145 pm. Sorry, long drive. What a grump. Bag lady sleeping in the stairwell surprised me; hello. Room was clean and comfy. Would be nice to have some shampoo in the bathroom.

Walking into the room we was like ok then went to lay down beds are hard & pillows are flat The bathroom had a smell & mold in tub & on ceiling No fitted sheets just flat sheets to cover mattresses blankets was thin & wore out

The room had watermarks all over. Dirty depressing room. No where to hang any clothes. No microwave. No guest toiletries. The most horrible place i have ever stayed in my life. And bugs.

Their idea of handicap is a bottom floor room. I requested a walk-in shower and was told no problem, got a tub and told I could have a refund nothing else they could do. Refunds take 3 to 5 business days so had no choice but to stay. There's poop on the bathroom doorway, roaches in the room, burn holes in the blankets, paint all over the bathroom floor just disgusting and a sign out front that says "All New Rooms"

I liked it was close to highway. TV was not working when we got here. I went to the office and the gentleman came right down to fix it. Toilet in bathroom rocks when you get up and it bangs the wall loudly.

Management is incompetent and cannot work thru basic issues. (Roxanne if I am not mistaken) A crapshoot if you get a clean room or not. Only stay as emergency but location is not dependable enough for business travel.

We arrived shortly at 10 p.m. There was a lady waiting to get in to register at the window. She was ringing the phone to the front desk. She said she had been waiting at least 15 minutes for someone to come open the door. I waited with her another 5 minutes before someone came to open the door to let us register. Too long to wait after a long day in the car.

The room was clean but that is the only good thing to say. Saw a drug dealer right beside our vehicle, multitudes of people hanging out around the facility watching our every move. We just left and didn't even stay because of the fear of our car being broken in or being robbed.

The stairs and handrails up to our room were very, very grundgy. They really need a deep cleaning. Our bed and room were incredible. Comfortable, quiet, and spacious. We were very impressed with the room.

Upon checkin, the desk clerk was rough and just before rude. The room had a broken tv remote, back missing. the toilet handle had to be jiggled every flush, the stopper on the bathroom door was missing, causing a hole in the wall. Paint was splattered on at door casing and door in bathroom. Plug was missing from tub, we found it in the floor. No amentites available in the bathroom except two tiny bars of soap, one for sink, one for tub, for TWO guests, for the inflated price. I have stayed here before at much less per night. No Ice available, one machine missing, one out of order. No freezer in refrigerator, had to buy ice daily at the convenience store. Too bad this review will probably get deleted, only good ones stay on the site. Pool was NOT open for the season, others in the area were. I could have paid $10 more per night and got breakfast, which was not here, if Iwould have known ahead of time. Will check much better next time.

Got locked out of our rooms and got refused help to get back in. Will not be coming back and do not reccommend. Man at the front desk repeatedly told me I was out of luck and he wouldn’t help me.

My name is Kimberly McCormick i had reservations on may 26th & 27th. Not a friendly clerk checked me in. The room was ok but clean We had a family emergency Saturday the 27th and had to leave for home. I stood at the desk for 30 minutes to cancel that night and hopefully get refunded. No clerk showed up and i was forced to leave without any reconciliation
