The hotel was ok, but the beds had very used mattresses

This is our third time staying at this hotel and it will be our last. As soon as we walked in there was a smell of mildew or wet carpet. We went up to our room and the smell continued. The remote to the window shade had to be reprogrammed. We tried using the room phone to call the front lobby and all we heard was static. When we moved the phone a small cockroach came out from the phone. We ended up having to walk down to the lobby to talk to the staff. Later that evening as we were getting ready for bed the cockroach came out again. The next day we left a soda can on the desk and came back to ants on it.

Green slimy pool, musty odor, loud clattery window unit that kept us up all night, room smelled like it had mildewed, wifi did not work, tv barely worked. Couldn’t wait to pack up and leave.

The flooring in room was not level. Certain areas of the room were uneven. The phone was connected or in service. The automatic blind was not working either leaving us to be awaken by the storms lightning

We stay at this location quite often, and usually there are two girls that always help us. This time there was a gentleman, and he was nice but not quite as nice as they are. Kind of had a bit of an attitude.

Place was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Suite was large. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Shower curtain rod was repaired poorly. View was of the roof of the hotel next to the property.

The only issue we had was the entry cards to our room did not work. We had to keep requesting, that the 5th card be finally accessible which it was.

We had a trailer with expensive furniture in it and they would not accommodate us putting it where the cameras were in the parking lot. Bed very comfortable.

The whole room smelled horrible like mildew and the restroom smelled like sewage. The tub was dirty and yellow. I requested an accesible room on the first floor and got a regular non accessible room on the second floor. There is better hotels in the area for cheaper prices. I thought this would be a nicer place to stay since it was more expensive but I was wrong. They also charged my card an extra $10 after we checked out and I have no idea why.

The check-in is so easy. Breakfast was great, they have eggs, bacon, pancakes, biscuits, and many other options. The room was very clean as was the common areas. I would definitely stay again.

Clean hotel, nice furnishings, and friendly staff. Great restaurant right next door. All good. Only issue was that the room felt extremely damp. The air was cool, but very humid. I just felt sticky the whole time. Outside air was 95ish and very humid, but still they probably need improved air con units for guest comfort.

Our room felt musky as if the carpet was wet. Our shower was a walk in, which wasn’t an issue until we showered. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough to stop the water from leaking out into the hallway. I didn’t notice until I was finished and got out of the restroom. Luckily I didn’t fall.

The property was as expected. Everything was easy at check-in and checkout as we had pre-paid through Expedia. The property was clean both inside and out and was close to our destination. We could not of had a better stay
