Beautiful location, next to a wonderful glacier creek. This is a 3 star hotel, so we weren’t expecting more. The rooms were clean, but very basic and I found the beds to be quite hard. Was a real treat though to be able to hear the running water. Staff for the most part was friendly, although one member of staff was a bit abrasive....but we were not bothered so much.

A brilliant construction and location in the stunning gorge location. Lovely room and large patio to enjoy breakfast alongside the roaring river. Parking was manageable at the roadside, and the lift ideal between floors.
The owner and waitress were charming and informative, but we were both startled and disappointed at the continuing grumbles from the receptionist, especially when asked about messages that my daughter had sent there.
