Everyone on the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help me. I’m disabled and they were able to give me a first floor room with two beds to make sure I had a room that I could access easily. The room was clean and the refrigerator and microwave were in good working order. This seems to be a place with lots of long-term patrons staying there and that actually made me feel safe as a visitor in their community. This is certainly not the fanciest motel in the area and I really just needed somewhere to rest on my way home and the OYO Rosenberg was a very good solution..

Served the basic needs of night to sleep, place to freshen up. The pics do not reflect the property's current condition. The floor has boards not maintained and raised. Hurt heel and big toe walking between bed and bathroom a few times at night. Bathroom door appears to have seen better days as few broke/bashed patches. Also the floor turned my feet black after the shower so seems not really cleaned.
Enough of the bad. The staff was pleasant, the location near Houston and well priced with the condition. Had it been full price, would have extremely different comments. With Expedia it was great deal.
