Great place at budget price, we barely made it in time for office closing, thanks to the staff we were soon in our room and fast asleep.

It was a cheap deal at the weekend and the hotel is very much ok at that price, but there is a lot of competition at their usual rates.
Room was allright except for a dirty towel.
As usual when you arrive with an expedia booking you have the worst deal and in our case it was a room as far as possible from the reception on the first floor at the back of the hotel.
Now i can understand that since we were on a special low rate, but there was only 3 cars parked outside when we arrived just before the closing time at 11.00 pm and the same cars were there in the morning when we left at 7.00 am.
Our room was number 38 at the back of the hotel, it was an awful rainy night and the reception was going to close in 15 minutes.
When the hotel is absolutely empty i believe the Campanile people should make an effort and the Expedia people explain them one or two things about customer service and keeping the customer happy.
