close to highway which caused lots of road noise , woke me up during the night

While our room was clean, modern and in a good area, there was a part of the property that was restricted and had two security guards surrounding it! When we asked what was going on we were given a not too believable answer.

It seemed obvious to me that this Hotel has a very large 'hourly' trade of prostitute-related or couple-related short term stays. The people in the room next to me made a good deal of noise until 12:30 AM at which time they checked out/left and the Hotel sent cleaning people to clean their room for new occupants. Mgt. told me the hotel is a "24 hour business", however you want to interpret that.

There were no sheets on bed just a mattress cover and top blanket. No way to run a place . Id like a refund or a discount this room was not worth 149 a night I did not expect to pay that much.

Bed was made with dirty blanket under the sheet. Breakfast, which was extremely cheap, closed 10 minutes early so I couldn't even get a cup of coffee. The room decor was updated, but the rest of the experience was below standard. Not worth the rate they charge

Given the rate, the convenience, the cleanliness, etc. I would certainly return to stay again.

The Good - It is right on the Empire State Trail which was very convenient since we were biking the trail. It was a comfortable room (and we got both our bikes inside), the staff was friendly. The Not So Good - The breakfast was a bit skimpy - no juice or waffles/pancakes - they did have some fresh oranges. Also, the night we stayed there something happened in some other room(s) which resulted in a couple police cars showing up - but there were no frightening moments resulting from it.

I did not like the fact that i booked a room with two dobble bed because i have my mother and two kids with me the room was not clean there was bugs and flies in the room. I normally stay here and was satisfied but i was very disgusted and not satisfied

bunch of people hanging out smoking and carrying on they sent me to a room off the actual property to a secluded area did not feel safe will not be returning the rooms are nice but area not good

There was constant knocking on rhe door next to ours: “fresh towels” said the person. Loud knocking.. which woke us up at 12:30am. Considering how tired we were (drove 8 hrs that day and stopped to rest and sleep as we had anothe 8 hr drive next day). Called the front office but they were not helpful. 2 police officers came as well as friends of the person who locked herself in the room. They were talking very loudly (6-7 people) for 2 hours in front of our door. I went to front office, asked their help in person this time, but they seemed to be annoyed by me. I asked to switch rooms, but I was told to wait until the issue was resolved as that particular room needs to be cleaned first, which didnt even make sense. The whole thing went on until 2:30 am. We packed and left as we couldnt go back to sleep. They promised a refund but used very vague language and kept telling me as we used Orbitz, refund will be handled differently. Not seen the refund. They are liars. Very unprofessional. Dont suggest anyone to stay there. Not safe. Very noisy and the front office doesnt even care.

The room is very nice but showering causes water to spread all over the floor. The shower needs either a tub, door or a lip to prevent water gathering all over the floor and possibly into the bedroom

we asked for extra pillow as they were very flat housekeeping brought us a pillow that was dirty and smelled like cigarettes

Theres a beautiful path walking path nearby. We loved everything it was a very comfortable stay.

I had 3 rooms reserved… on arrival at 630pm, only 1 room was ready. I was told to wait 20 minutes and the other 2 would be ready… they were supposedly IN THE PROCESS of being cleaned. We watched 2 women come AFTER this and clean the rooms. Floor hadn’t been swept when we finally got in the room. One shower curtain was too short and the bathroom floor got soaked. The main light was out in another room. Main complaint though is Check- in time is advertised as 2pm. Not even an apology for the rooms not being ready 4.5 hours later.

I got there at 5:00 and my room wasn’t ready the attendant told me to come back

It was a good stay. The only complain is that check-in is at 2:00 pm and I couldn’t check in until 5:00 pm because no rooms were ready. There was no compensation for the inconvenience. I believe that if you are going to buy an inconvenience to the customers, you should have something to compensate with.
