Casino was small. Rooms are dated and dingy, the hallways were lined with trash bags and food. Wasn’t worth worth the 260 dollar price tag

Hotel needs a update in the Las Vegas Tower. Cabinets and doors old and beat up. Refrigerator was old and dusty and didn't get old, no microwave, no usb ports to charge devices, coffe maker with no pot, no housekeeping.

My stay was good. Check-in was fast. I bought items from the pantry and the staff was busy, but when she was able to help me, she was very apologetic; which wasnt necessary because she was busy checking in someone. The room was clean and comfy and checkout was a breeze with a simple text...

Was only a one night stay, but was there at 4 o’clock for check-in receptionist person super friendly knowledgeable that aesthetic of the hotel seemed well, The condition of the room was just OK simple fixes like the wavy loose carpet in the room and the particular room I had was pretty bad that room was 418 but my biggest concern with the room was the cleanliness factor. I am not a super neat freak but believe for as minimal as the hotel room is, cleanliness Hass to be key I took pictures to post to my social to talk about how awful my room was, but then to talk myself out of it, but will add them to this report fine with odor hotels, or just outdated in general, that’s fine and understandable but the cleanliness factor Has to be on point practice. And on this particular day, on this particular room, they just missed the mark again these were just cleanliness issues that were missed due to maybe not inspecting correctly or just working too fast but all the problems I noticed could’ve been fixed without paint, repairman, or any of that nature. The pictures below will show my issues.

The pictures are deceiving it shows us a beautiful clean nice hotel and room with nice views and it was the opposite.. very old and dirty no microwave fridge broken our view was a dirty pipe that’s broken on the roof… the staff was nice but I won’t come back to stay here

We paid for a suite and were informed they didn't have suites. Our room was dirty with stains all over the furniture, and headboard. The pillows and bedding are old, uncomfortable and literally stink.

We stayed in the newly renovated Las Vegas towers. Rooms were large, new looking, clean and quiet. Parking was convenient, but did not appreciate having to pay extra money for WIFI and parking security in an open lot. That was on top of room price and normal addons. The casino was very tight.

Had horrible water pressure night before check out no shower water. Also no shower water in am had to take bath and that’s not my favorite in a hotel. Fix water pressure and updated rooms would be really nice then.

Our room had debris on the floor so they gave us a $50 voucher for a restaurant which we did not use so we lost it. Needs updates for sure and no breakfast available..

Had to change rooms, first room needed to be vacuumed and was not clean. Second room was better but could see the age of the building. Not worth the price they charge

Room outdated and didn’t reflect the photos. The hallway was dirty. Looks like it was kept up but neglected on the fit/finish

Big room. I added to the pile of key cards in the (otherwise empty) drawer. No tissues in the pretty box cover. I'd totally stay here again

The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. That's the best I can say. The wallpaper was peeling in spots in the room. The food service was much closer to the casino than for the hotel guests. The Ramsey Steakhouse was out of most people's budget unless they just won big at the casino. The breakfast offering was a pick from the counter deli and the other restaurant, a sports bar, didn't open until 4 p.m. There were three handicapped parking spaces, always full. When I asked about other locations, I was told that there were some on the other side of the building. That is not much help for those who have difficulty walking distances.

The property was okay. I was a little disappointed with the room because it seemed to be outdated. I know they are currently doing renovations but i was more disappointed because the reason I chose the property was due to a smoking room they had for my mom. I was informed in advance that they no longer had "smoking rooms" which was okay but there was no compensation or offer. There was also limited dining especially breakfast. There was no buffet like the website seemed to show.
I will say though the staff was friendly and nice.

I was treated to staying in a remodeled Jr Suite. I wish they had added 2 things during the work. It is interesting that these rooms do not have a hotel door latch while all other rooms there have one. Also, the tub is so deep, I would have appreciated a grab bar. But I am sure a younger guest would not find these to be an issue.
The remodel was a very welcome surprise!

This is a place I expected would be really nice for the price I paid, however it needs updated, there was one restaurant open at 10:00 ( this is a casino, people are up late and the noodle bar was the only thing open)
The casino is very dated and has older machines, the non smoke room they advertise had about 50 machines and they were mostly the older ones with a few new ones.
I would not stay here again honestly. I was very disappointed

Stay at Harrahs North Kansas City Hotel and the food places where limited and closed early so after a certain time even though this is a Casino Food is scarce. Not to mention I have knee issues and the mobility isn’t good and getting in and out the tub was an issue because it was so high.

Nice room and nice hotel. I did not think the pillows were comfortable but that is my personal preference. Check in was easy and we enjoyed our stay.

One restaurant open with greasy food. Place smiled of smoke, pillows small and lumpy. Poor lighting in the bedroom.
Poor checkin service. The person was more interested in some Teams Meeting that was taking place than properly checking me in.
I stayed here for the chance to eat at Gordon Ramsey, instead was stuck with greasy bar food, that was lacking in substance.
Small gaming floor with few machines available that worked

No doormen, bellmen, no seating in the lobby, no maid service until you checkout, police and security outside my door arresting a guy and having a 40 minute loud discussion about the mess. I’d been up since 4am on a plane half the day, exhausted. They need to take that crap to an office or security! Horrible.

Is was the worse stay I've experienced at a Ceasars Property. Harris Kansas was awful. The rooms were out dated, & unclear. The furniture was in disrepair. They don't clean the rooms on a daily basis and it shows. Run don't walk away from Harris Kansas

Rooms were very dirty. Entered room and exited due to the extremely unsanitary conditions. Was not offered a clean room in replacement nor was I offered an apology for paying full price for a 10 second stay. No dining was offered at this hotel? Very disappointing!

Both rooms were dirty and in need of an update. We found marinara sauce hardened on the ottoman. Dirty laundry behind night stand floors not vacuumed very well.

The hotel/casino overall was nice, but our room had a musky smell and didn’t feel the cleanest.

At checkin i had to leave my drivers license and sign a document agreeing to pay up to $2000 to cover damages to a really substandard luggage cart. Then i had to ask for a copy of the dated and timed copy when i returned it an hour or so later.
The general condition of the floor my room was on was what you would expect in a low rent motel in the bad part of town... i'm talking SEVERE damage to the doors and door frames, etc...
Inside my room there is a huge crease in the carpeting ... if it wasn't so late and we weren't so tired i'd just reload the car and go somewhere else.
I haven't tried the bed yet.. but expections are low at this point.
I made a huge mistake booking at this facility based on experiences from years ago.
I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
