The restaurant, Tapps, is excellent. Might be the best restaurant in Jamestown. Breakfast was reasonable, except they ran out of yogourt and it took 2 days to get more. Hot tub also closed during our stay, we were there for 5 nights.
Hotel is getting a little run down.
Our biggest issue were the children running, screaming or crying outside our door from the families of staff who are living at the hotel full time.
Lastly our kitchenette was extremely limited, 3 spoons, no knives or forks (needed to ask for some), 6 pot lids with no pots, no large bowls.

The breakfast was cold and coffee out of order although there was a coffee pot. The front of the hotel seemed cleaner than the backside. No elevator to second floor snd steps were dirty. Last minute reservation amd pricey.

Other than tub draining incredibly slow and pizza oven broke down, this is a very nice place with clean rooms, and polite staff.
