Perfect place for overnight between flights. Very nice rooms, very quiet. Restaurant always reliably good food.

The check in was long, the available guy to check people in, looked over and decided to skip us and talked and checked in the person behind us. The bad very bad thing was the bedding, the sheets were not visible dirty but the pillow cases and sheets smelled bad. It was disgusting. Usually that happens when there is no other option, this was the case.

Pleasantly surprised for how great the hotel was. We had a connection thru Dallas that required an overnight stay. The front desk staff was very friendly, our room was spacious and clean. Room service was timely to deliver our breakfast. Not to mention the ease of waking up in the morning walking downstairs, going thru security and to your flight. No complaints! While on our trip I overheard a couple next to us at our hotel bar say how happy and surprised they were flying thru Dallas and staying at the hotel.

I highly recommend staying at the Grand Hyatt at DFW, terminal D. The convenience of being located right at the airport cannot be overstated. The staff are so helpful and obliging. I had a wonderful dining experience at the Grand Met located at the hotel.

For several years, HGO has been my preferred place to stay I am very familiar with it and the location and it’s always been very comfortable This time was the same. It was very comfortable however, I felt like it was tired. I realize that room is take a beating with the exchange of people, daily and luggage being dragged in and out of the room. However, that should be something that is taken into consideration, the hotel is created. The and the room was past being worn out, and was really dirty, and there was paints chipping from different areas as a result of wear and tear. None of this was a result of housekeeping. The staff kept the room very clean. I was there for five days and six nights.. the curtains looked as if they needed some attention or replacing. All of these factors added up to the impression that it was time to freshen the rooms.

Plugs are older. Loose and no USB C. There is a centralize hub but not at the desk. Just at the bed side. Very sharp tile edges st the shower. Shampoo and soap are low grade.

Fantastic property in an absolutely fabulous location. Staff were wonderful, and Hilda greeted her guests personally morning and evening. We stayed in one of the Tiki suites, which were great, very private and loved the sound of the waves through the windows. Keep in mind that the building housing the main rooms is actually closer to the beach, though, so you don't need a suite to get that beachfront goodness.

The room was really comfortable. Needs some extra chairs instead of having to sit on the bed. Bathroom really needs more light. It is really dark even with al the lights on. Hard to put make up on with the little light.

Everything was fine but we got charged for 2 bottles of water from the minibar when we only used 1. That happens but when I called the accounting number on the receipt, they placed me on a hold. I am not sitting on hold for $8, so I hung up after 5 minutes. Tried again later - same thing.

Excellent hotel and the convenience is everything. Signs within the airport to find the hotel entrance are lacking whether you arrive in the same terminal or not. I asked for help from an airport staff member and received the wrong information. If you're not famiiar with DFW, do yourself a favor and figure out directions ahead of time, arriving or departing. The staff within the hotel are very helpful with directions.

This is the perfect hotel if you have to overnight at DFW. It shows it’s age in a few areas, but not badly. It’s comfortable and perfectly located to go to and from terminal D in minutes and avoid shuttles or even leaving the building. They desperately need in room coffee equipment, but beyond that we love it.

My stay at Grand Hyatt was perfect, the food and the service was phenomenal. My only issue was getting to the other Hyatt hotel as there a convention I had to attend, getting the terminal shuttle was kinda annoying. But other than that, I love my stay and the Grand Hyatt and hopefully I get to stay again!
