Nice hotel , very close to the border to Gibraltar , about 15 minute walk , it has parking for 12 euro a day which is good for the area, and nice restaurant . The room is clean and the pool looks nice as well , I did not use it because no time but it looks very nice . The room is clean and large and the staff is very friendly . The town center is also short walk .

Good stay. No issues with the room, was mostly clean. Food in the cafe area isn’t great. Staff were friendly at checkout time. Communication before the stay was awful, ignored messages from myself on Expedia while trying to make a simple amendment to my booking. Whoever is in charge of guest comms should be looking into this.

The one thing we like about the hotel is that it’s close to the border with Gibraltar and the price was right. Right the hotel is being renovated so even though the noise was kept quiet some areas had dirt everywhere. But overall it’s a nice place to stay. One thing though, it seems that the hotel is a magnet for large groups; there were some sports teams staying there so if you don’t mind staying in noisy areas until late evening, good for you. I prefer quiet places while vacationing.

Had a great stay at this hotel staff always friendly room clean and the food is excellent. It is close to the beach(20min) and the town centre(10min). Gibraltar 25 minutes to ocean village. Try and get a room facing Gibraltar as it’s cooler in the evening.We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and would definitely recommend staying there. Will be booking again next year.
