It was fine. Not a five star hotel, but it's was good for the price we paid. We loved the family size room. It was the only hotel stay we have ever had where our family of 6 could all sleep in a bed, instead of having 2 having to sleep on a sofa bed. It was a huge room too.

Was there for an overnight stay. The toilet was choked. I reported to the office and they wanted me to take a plunger and resolve the issue my self. Utter disgusting. I asked for a different room for using the toilet and they said they don’t have any. I insisted hard and got an access to another vacant room for using the toilet.

The staff are very hospitable. They have a washer and dryer on site for the customers to use. It's very quiet and clean. Within walking distance of the shopping center and transportation.

Brown roaches in dresser drawer and on rug. Carpets were filthy holes in wall no hangers very disappointed.

Staff very caring! Tile floor needs proper cleaning, corner and top of baseboards are dirty, (black sooth) Carpet needs to be steam cleaned. Good value for the $.

The floors were dirty the furniture was old and outdated room and hallway had an odor microwave had burn holes in it, if you used the microwave the tv would cut off, it could have been a better experience.

Nice place, very convenient and close to Atlantic City action. Little musty odor in the room, but .. almost all the motels near the ocean have it.. so I don't blame them much.

I like that the rooms was really Big it's just the carpet was really stained and dirty probably could use a good shampoo treatment

It's alright for a quick stay the night but a lot of things were not being upkeep and found some trash and dirt on floor. Shower curtain was broken and hardly any toilet paper as well as the toilet paper holder was broken. Bed was average but not the best. Furniture is cluttered in the room no organization and no matching furnishings. Just average maybe below average.

Hotel is really a motel-like venue. Advertised free continental breakfast online, but when arrived- notice is posted on front door office that none is offered. Also, no access to a printer when asked to print 1pg. Bathroom/shower is a bit sketchy. would prefer to book another venue next time.

Nothing unique. The room was smelly and smells like mould. I had to keep the doors fully opened upto 3 hours for fresh air. Low quality rooms . The AC kept On and off and had nasty bathroom smell. They had the tiniest soap for shower. Room lighting was the worst.

The customer service is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Both managers, male and female, judged and belittled me for staying for 7 days with my partner. They argued with me for simply asking questions about their policies, shouting that they dont like to repeat themselves. Also tried to retain my cash deposit if I did not show them my receipt they gave me (without this instruction), and told me I am only allowed to have a specified amount of luggage in my room?

This was a non smoking room, thr sheets had burn marks on them. Ashes from smoking on both sides of the bed. Roaches, dirty towels. Staff was rude ill never stay again oh and the smell waa realty horrible.

They wouldn’t let us check in till right at 300 Room was disgusting table was dirty and the bathtub was dirty If it weren’t for already paying for the room and can’t get our money back we would leave Don’t stay here

Cobraram uma taxa de 40$ como depósito de segurança em nosso cartão e disseram que estornariam durante a semana. Até o momento não houve o estorno. O apartamento estava sujo e mal cuidado. Objetos decorativos danificados, paredes descascando, o carpete muito sujo. Não voltaria a me hospedar! Precisa melhorar, pois a limpeza é imprescidível, mesmo numa hospedagem mais simples, isso é essencial.
