Spent 4 hours looking for just the right hotel with all the ammenities and location we needed only to find out when we got there that the pool was closed. We also found out the next morning that all the breakfast meat (bacon amd sausage) for the whole week (it was Thursday morning) had been consumed by construction workers who were staying there. Which was not really the hotels fault. The lady who was keeping the rest of the breakfast stocked was excepional. She was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping came by to restock towels and such but did not take out our trash. The door handle fell off of the door but thankfully my husband found the screws on the floor and put them back in. It was not a bad place to stay but at the time we were there, we had several inconveniences. I would stay again and hope that the little problems we had would habe been corrected.

Very nice location, if a bit of a circle to get too. Check-in was fantastic with Debra(?) whom was very friendly. Very disappointed in pool closure, as that was a big factor in choosing location. Love the eco-friendly soaps/shampoos vs travel size. Lots of pillows and comfortable beds Screen door on patio broken- off track, broken and very dangerous.

The bed was amazing. Breakfast was not the best. We came down about 8am but thwre was nothing cooked. The hostess was late. This was our 2nd stay at thisnlocation and both times the pool was in operable.

The ladies front desk are awesome! They are so friendly and helpful. We have stayed here several times because it’s close to the aquarium and convenient. However, the quality of the rooms has gone down. They need to be refreshed. The first room we were in had a bed that was so sunken in that we had to move to a different room. The new room has a toilet that ran and ran and sink that did not drain. I would stay here again because they are so sweet and the rooms are mostly good but management needs to address some of the room issues.

I was rather impressed by this room. Pillows were amazing, room was modern, clean and in great condition. The staff was friendly and it was a great experience. I came for a medical procedure and it was a comfortable stay.

Aesthetically this hotel was very nice. The entry lobby is one of the ncorst Holiday Inns I have seen. The rooms are nice, woth updated finishes. The beds were not very comfortable. I woke up with my back hurting. Breakfast was meh, but it was "free". The pool was small and VERY loud. They need to add some acoustic dampening. I found myself plugging my ears with abput 10 kids in the pool. In general, all hotels that have indoor pools, need to heat them more. They are always on the cold side. The kids had fun but the water was on the cold side. Adults would enjoy it more if they would put in a hot tub.

The hotel wasn’t close to full but it doesn’t matter apparently. Here you go sir, enjoy your room next to the elevator. I guess someone has to take it. L re as than friendly greeting by the staff. I swore when I last stayed here I wouldn’t be back. I thought two years was long enough for things To improve - I guess that was wishful thinking.

Wonderful experience. We only stayed one night but the service at the front desk and breakfast crew was fantastic! Their friendly attitudes made our holiday stay very merry. The rooms were recently renovated and very clean. Shower and bathroom products were great. The gym had a very good selection of free weights and cardio machines. Very happy with our stay and would stay again.

Property was in a nice location with several restaurants within walking the riverwalk right behind the hotel was quite nice. The only complaint is the hotel was rather noisy. You could hear disturbances or noise from The Other rooms.

We come every year for an ax throwing competition and my friends have a service dog that your staff repeatedly harassed and made the handler uncomfortable. None of us felt safe coming down to the lobby of the service dog was with us.

Excellent place – relatively new property, big rooms, 5 min walk to Jenks Riverwalk and 3 min walk the other way to the Oklahoma Aquarium. I would definitely stay again.

I am verrry upset. First off, the toilet didn't work, I fixed it and it last for a little while. They were going to move me to an non river view, but I declined. I simply fixed the toilet by turning on the water. However, that stopped working the next day. I told the staff before leaving. I booked through Hotels.com and was charged Twice. Once by Hotels.com on the stay and once for the next day by the hotel. I did NOT stay two nights. These buckos apparently take your card, charge you plus deposit, and didn't realize you were charged through hotels.com. I will be calling them right away

The overall cleanliness of the room was poor. There were hairs on the bed sheets and stains on the couch. The bath tub had cracks in it along with the ceiling in the bathroom.

Overall the stay was nice, I did notice upon check in that the employee checking us in wasn’t the most friendly, we were not informed of any of the hotels Independence Day activities ( which was our reason for choosing this location) our room needed some slight upgrades such as new flooring and a few other cosmetic updates, baseboards needing cleaned and repainted, the flooring wasn’t consistent as the bathroom was a feux wood but the rest of the room had iffy at best carpeting. The television was a mess ( I’m local and know the stations on the cable service provided) and could not find my local stations, even using the TV guide on the television.
