Nice Hotel. Room was very Clean. Burt, for a large suite, it is very basic. You would think there would be a coffee maker in it...That sucked

Bathroom not clean , beds wrinkled looked like they were slept in, the second had a leaking toilet kept us awKe all. Ight.

Old hotel with charming lobby but lacks maintenance. People is nice but the hotel needs a major remodeling. Rooms are clean but old. Electronic keys for opening the room are ok but they should still offer the option of a regular key.

The property is well located and accessibleand the room TV is big. Yet it is not very well maintained. Dark corridors, old elevators, stained carpets, unavailable services due to closed areas. No courtesy water.

One of the worst hotels I stayed at, not only for the lack of maintenance, but because the staff was helpless and careless about the bad state of the hotel. I canceled my stay after one night and left for another hotel.

The hotel didn't inform that the AC unit was not working, after the check in we got pour room but the problem with the AC was in the hotel, not in the room. I called room service and I was inform that the problem was in the hotel and the tech personnel was working on that but they didn't have an specific time so I went to the lobby and I asked for a refund because we had to leave the hotel.

The restroom plumbing needed some work and the tubs could of been a little cleaner but other than that the stay overall was pleasing and I will book again

Booked this quick trip a couple of days before. Like always the check in was painless. There is some renovations going on but nothing was a problem. The room where we stay was renovated with nice big tv mounted on wall. Will come back again!

I liked that the hotel is very close to the USA CAS and the USA Consulate.
I did not like that the hotel is not in good shape. the swiming pool and the restaurant were close. They said they are going to renew them but did not see any one working on that task.

I’m a diamond member, and this is literally the only Best Western hotel in this part of Mexico. The room was horrible. Squeaky, hard beds. I made the reservation for my husband, my daughter and I and only got 2 towels. The water was burning hot, called the receptionist to reported but nothing was done. We only stayed 2 days so the second morning we figured out nothing was done I was just ready to leave this horrible room not to mentioned all the weird noises coming from the restroom fans and the mold on the tub. Horrible horrible service, experience and room. Never again, the price is not even cheap I only go because I’m a member but not even a welcome gift like years ago or a warm welcoming. Absolutely nothing. I will be switching to another chain of hotels.

It's the tallest building in the city. It's nice and warm. You can easily tell it's an old hotel, but it's a comfy option with a warm bed and a huge smart TV.

Great location to attend US CAS and Consulate office. Starbucks and ATM close. You must request bathroom amenities to the concierge or the front office.

Great services, spacious room, and very clean. This is one building that it is been fixing to upgrade the facilitiy.

We stayed for one night and the hotel building is great. Everything was really good, the room, the beds, etc. The only problem we encountered was that while showering, the water would turn from nice to really hot to cold to hot again; it was very uncomfortable. And the pillows are not comfy either.. other than that it was a nice stay.
