Overall, our experience was great. The only issue was the mattresses. Our King mattress was horrible. Woke up with back aches both morning. Please check and replace mattresses more often.

Its only about 5 min from the green dragon famers market . And close tp chopping districs anx antique shops . Friendly staff and pretty sceneries around the hotel .would totally stay again . And recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

The stay was wonderful. I booked this for my in-laws for the holidays and they were EXTREMELY happy with hotel, the service, the breakfast, and just everything. They couldn't thank us enough for the wonderful stay!! Will definitely stay here again!!

The heat would not shut off at the proper temperature. It was either too hot or too cold in the room.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed some of the local activities. (Christmas light show at the Barnstormer stadium). Loved the Christmas tree display. Did an open house at a dairy farm the following evening and then enjoyed dinner at Pour Man's Brewery

We happened to stay the weekend of the annual country fair which was on the Main Street. We loved being able to walk to it and people watch. It was a super weekend.

It was a beautiful room with a beautiful view. I had hoped to have a hard boiled egg for breakfast but only an cheese omelet was available. Our previous Hampton Inn had a great breakfast so were disappointed. However, the room was amazing.

Quite. Not good plumbing though. Toilet very slow. Finally it stopped working altogether on the third day, which was our 45th anniversary day. That was the reason we had gone on that trip, to celebrate our anniversary. Terrible third night. I had to use a plunger myself and it still didn’t work.

I arrived at midnight for check-in and had to wait outside for half an hour because the front desk receptionist was missing. I rang the bell, called, and waited after a very exhausting trip.

I Booked a room for 5 but hotel said they could only make it a room for 4. Two queen beds only and no extra cot because it would be a fire hazard. They gave me extra sheets so i could sleep on hard floor. Very uncomfortable and very disappointing

Arrived an hour early to be told by a young female front clerk that check in was at three and she continued what she was doing on her computer. We came back in an hour and was checked in by someone else. We will go back to using Country Inn and Suites in Lancaster.

The property was clean and good. But unfortunately the water supply to the building had some issues so it was turned off from 7am to late evening. The management could have made adjustment to the tariff for the extreme inconvenience. But they did not extend that adjustment.

Upon checkin we were told the water was going off at 8 am. We were onky staying 1 night, the first night of our vacation. So now get up do your business before 8 am. They had to fix a water leak and I get that. I asked if there was any compensation 'no". I think this could have been handled much better than a ketter on arrival. Some little thing would have helped the situation immensley.

The beds were terribly hard and the sofa bed had springs popping out . Both were very uncomfortable . When we asked for a solution none was given except to move rooms . I asked for an eggcrate mattress but they did not have 1 to give . We went to Walmart and were able to get it for the sofa bed . That was not doable for us since we had to be on the first floor due to my sons phobia of elevators . The breakfast buffet, the pool ( although it’s not heated and is cold ) , the view and the cleanliness were all good . Although they have a lot of rules about asking for housekeeping . There was alot of noise on Main Street from trucks at a very early hour , like 5am . We will not stay there again
