We had a clean room with comfortable beds and a surprisingly large bathroom. Lying in bed, we could see the spire of the Abbey! Check-in before the walkway was smooth, and they allowed us in about an hour early. We also took the option to pay additionally for late checkout. There was coffee and tea in the room for morning and ample extra bedding and pillows. The staff was extremely helpful and kind during both checkin and checkout.

Very tired and aged property in need of a full refurbishment. Staff were friendly and breakfast was basic but adequate. A few basic changes could make the experience here so much better.
Location was great on this iconic location.
Having parking available was very helpful.

Staying overnight on Mont Saint Michel made the visit unforgettable. The hotel is conveniently located and we were able to explore after the crowds had returned home. The lights and quiet made our stay very special.
