Buffet breakfast was ok. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant were expensive and not good. Service at the bar and brasserie were bad. Given a basic room compared to what our companions were assigned and had trouble sleeping due to outside noise despite closed windows. Only redeeming quality was close location to the grotto.

Nice hotel in the middle of all that Lourdes has to offer. Restaurant in lobby was a plus with lots to eat and choose from for everyone.

This hotel was excellent for our family of 4. The rooms are small but that should be expected for the old buildings they are in, but our family still fit just fine. We spent most of our time sightseeing and not in the room.

I liked the location of the hotel because it is literally 5mins away from Lourdes Basilica…the hotel room is slightly narrow but very neat and clean, the shower room/bath tub is separate from the toilet, I like the fact that there is a bidet. The staffs are also very helpful and got us a cab to transport to airport

Nice hotel lovely buffet food in evening. We were put in bedrooms in hotel next door as problem with water. Hotel entrance just opposite entrance to grotto so ideal location.

Had a cute store on the main floor with souvenirs and a discount was offered

Property was newly refurbished. Staff in the front desk aren’t friendly but waiters at the burger and ice cream are the friendliest!

Room size was very good with loft, but the smell initially was horrible, once the window was open it was tolerable, but still there. Was too tired to ask for a room change. Front desk was helpful, but think they need to have more knowledge of how to get to the hotel and parking by knowing reference points, since so many narrow one way streets and the gps was glitching.Though breakfast was pretty bad, the morning waiter had a very pleasant personality. Unfortunately I probably would not stay again.

3 minutes walk to the Sanctuary. Old but clean, no issues with hot water, and ALL staff were accommodating, helpful and speaks English. Room small, 2 people can barely walk around the room at the same time without bumping into each other. Breakfast good! Had bacon, scrambled eggs and rice, several kinds of bread and pastries, and cereals. The vegetable next to the rice looks unappetizing though! They should consider changing it. Slices of Ham and cheese. For dinner, the restaurant in the hotel is not worth recommending, go somewhere else. I like the gift shop, and an added bonus, you get 10% discount as a hotel guest. The trip from the train station to the hotel took less than 10 minutes and taxi charged 10 Euros. Plus tip, of course. We had the same taxi driver that took us to the hotel and return to the train station 3 days later! What are the odds! Our stay in this hotel went without any major issues, we would come back again. Maybe just an oversight but they never refilled our pocket of shampoo, tiny soap, coffee and sugar packets. They cleaned our room everyday. We always had to go to the front desk to ask for some. And BTW, please fix the curtain in room 407, it is an eyesore!

The hotel is very convenient, it has their own restaurant, gift shop, and close to the Grotto. And people are friendly, it’s my 2nd time in this property.

it is very near the grotto of the Blessed Virgin Mary where i can just go any time of the day and night. What i don't like is the Brasserie area, when we’re eating they open the glass door and people eating outside smoking and it put me off.

The hotel staff were excellent & dealt with requests promptly & very efficiently. My friend left her phone behind & they got it back to us in the uk in 2 days. A big thank you to the staff at hotel saint sauveur.

A small room as most would say, however the space is enough. We had a room for 3 people, and the space was fine. A very clean room, and the rooms were cleaned everyday which was nice. A downside was that we found the hot water to take sometime to heat up, we had to keep the hot water tap on for about 10 mins until it heated up, however supply of water was not an issue. The reception staff were exceptional, we found them to be always friendly and very helpful, which I think is one of the most important points. Their customer service was 10/10 and for that reason, I would definitely stay here again. And also, hotel location was perfect. Thank you!

We were moved to Panorama Hotel. Location was just perfect! Rooms were great-- had enough space for my family. Everything was clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!!
