Didn’t know I had to keep taking a crowded bus in order to have breakfast and dinner. no dance clubs in lifestyles. I thought Covid rules was over.

Overall our stay was okay but I would never go back. Even if they offered me a free return. You have to pay for WiFi it’s not free! There were ants in the bedrooms, foyer, and bathroom. The first two nights we didn’t have hot water to accommodate 4 people showers. The bathroom ceiling started leaking and they claim it was because we had the air on but the door open. Not true! The door was open for a brief time. That’s not all… let me finish, they were doing work in the room/suite above us. So we couldn’t sleep in because they started doing renovation/construction work around 8/9am every day we were there except for Sunday. No relaxing in the room during the day unless you wanted to hear the noise from above. The staff was always friendly and nice, but that doesn’t make up for the discomfort we endured. This was our first time taking our kids out of the country and they not as excited about the vacation overall.

Resort was very large & required a shuttle bus to get around. Extreme amount of steps. No place to sit ON beach, just bed huts to lay on. Even though they say there are a lot of restaurants, pools & beaches you’re only allowed at a few of them. The absolute worst part is high pressure sales to buy a membership-ended up being downright rude to make them leave us alone!
Staff are absolutely wonderful! Friendly and very helpful. Food is delicious and plentiful.

The food is amazing for an all inclusive. The resort is very large and you have to walk or take the shuttle bus around. The beach is ok. The beds by the sea are nice. If you want to eat anything other than buffets make your reservation when you arrive. The staff is great other than the ones trying to sell you time shares or houses. Also if you're not buying one you can't use all of the resort. The rooms were decent but they are remodeling them and should be better soon. All in all decent but not great.

After reading some reviews I had low expectations of the resort. The experience I had was quite the opposite. Food was great. Staff was great. Our room was comfortable and clean. Only downside for me was navigating the overall resort. It is a huge compound with a decent shuttle bus which did help. I would have preferred to walk had there been better directions throughout the compound.

The hotel staff and services overall are very deficient. The hotel had changed our reservation and gave us accomodation in another area of the resort that was way more noisy and common, compared to what we paid for that was more of a private and quiet experience. The experience was not good enough and the hotel staff did not know how to properly resolve the situation. I used to love this resort but after the last stay, I would NOT reccpommended to anybody.

Property is showing its age front office staff is less then helpful. We would not comeback we had two bookings the front desk would not let us check into our room unless we gave up the nicer room that was paid for and then would not refund

I was given a tool on a building A when a full scale renovation in progress, next day changed to another one.

Staff waa great. However my brother in law got food poison with something he ate at dinner. We called the operator and we were transferred to a doctor. On the phone she told us the visit was going to costs us $250 but then she ended up charging almost $500. We also had to pay for the ambulance and the cost of the clinic were he had to stay for the rest of the night and the entire morning.

This property is "HUGE" it would take 10 days to visit all the places to swim and dine. Great quality for the Expedia bundle package coming out of Atlanta. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

The property was nice. Nothing new and modern but nice. The food at the resort was below average. you need the shuttle to get around to the other properties. During the day they come about every 5 to 8 minutes but during the night they come much slower. The entertainment show every night was ok. There were two that were amazing! The resort entertainers were really good engaging the guest to dance and having a good time.

We have stayed at this property for several years and we have noticed the constant DECLINE.
- Rooms are in poor shape. Beds dirty and mattresses are horribly hard. Other amenities are in decay and whatever work has been done to them is shoddy at a minimum.
- Air conditioning was constantly not working and had to call the main desk to get someone to fix it.
- We requested a third bed for our 7 year old child and the "frame" they brought in was filthy and in poor shape. It looked like they borrowed it from a poor family in the area.
- The food was terrible. There was no variety in the menu. The same was served every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything tasted like fast food.
Of the "A la Carte" restaurants only one had some good food options. It was the one serving local cuisine.
The other (international menu) restaurants served food that was terrible.
- The main pool area was extremely loud. This was the constant complaint we heard from other guests. Luckily, we stayed close to (Crown Residence) pools where it was very quiet and relaxing. Others did not have the same choice.
- There were some very loud and obnoxious guests (mostly locals coming from New York) who had no respect for quietness.
We had drunk people nocking our suite door late night several times. At one point, we had to call the main desk and have the hotel "security" come by. The guy knocking on our door wanted to fight after I asked him what he wanted.

If I can give zero starts I would. I have been to lifestyles before a few years ago. But let me tell you how much they have downgraded since then.
Service? You don’t get much from them, they all stand there looking dumb tell you it’s not possible for you to get a towel, or an extra bottle of Pepsi in your room ( given on the website they write complimentary drinks refilled daily) nope!! That’s just water.
I was there for 6 days and from those days I think 3-4 of those nights we had blackout’s no power, no entertainment, they weren’t prepared, had no plan B. It was horrible.
Getting breakfast, lunch and dinner felt like I was an inmate and they had to put food on my plate. I never went to a resort that had a buffet where they had to place food in my plate.
I used to love lifestyle but I would never go there again.

The staff is very friendly, but the property needs a lot of update’s, the a La Carte restaurants are not good at all, not even the doninican restaurant is good. I like the buffet at the Pearl it was the best out of all the restaurant. The snacks are very limited, no fruits or ice cream for the kids.
The spa was good we had a couples massage and they did a really good job and the staff is super friendly and accommodating.
Overall management needs to do a better in keeping up this property up to day.

The staff is amazing I have no complains about that, now for the amount of money you’re paying they should off like make it nicer and more clean, the cleaning lady moped the floor and it stayed wet for 2 days straight and we called to complain and they did nothing We had to mop the floor again with towels, because it was very difficult to walk I almost busted my a$$

The idea is amazing mini resorts in a large resort the room we had was beautiful but a bit outdated the water running everywhere the ac was not strong the sink water pressure was too strong

The shuttle should have a schedule available and needs to come more often during dinner times … the restaurants were far from my hotel and we had to wait too long for shuttle.

Do not stay here! I booked this hotel 3 months ago, I communicated with the hotel via email informing that I’d be arriving at 4am with my son and my mother who is a senior citizen- they responded letting me know this wouldn’t be a problem. Upon arrival, I was told they didn’t have a room available for me until 2pm!!! The staff told me there was no manager available to further help! I slept in the non air conditioned lobby until 7am! I was then woken up and brought to reception where I was told they had a room available but I’d have to pay which would be fully refunded once management arrived and “investigated” the error made. Seeing as we were desperate to get into bed, shower, and eat I agreed! They promised the money would be refunded. We were directed to our room, I was appalled when I entered the room- these rooms are dated, dirty, the white towels are gray, sadly the word to describe this place is just GROSS! There is no internet available unless you pay an unreasonable amount per person, the food is gross, drinks are watered down. We also had 2 black outs while in the hotel! To conclude, upon arrival I was DENIED the refund despite the fact that they made a mistake, their reason- “early check in” please go elsewhere! This is a living nightmare/embarrassment.
