Microtel Bellevue Omaha is well managed with EXCELLENT front desk personnel. The room was super-clean with sheets that smelled so good! Bathroom spotless! Nice hot breakfast included.

How shall I put this? Overall, the hotel was nice. Unfortunately, the toilet in our room would never (except for once or twice) shut off! The first night, after several attempts at doing so, it finall stopped runnig. Couldnt flush during the night or we would never get back to sleep. Informed the desk in the morning and was told they had other toilets with this issue. They would look into it but didn’t know if maintenance would be in on the weekend. Came back late Saturday night and it wasn't running so we mistakenly assumed it had been fixed. Alas, that was not the case! One flush and there was no stopping it! Finally, to stop it and get some sleep I simply turned the water off! Oh, breakfast was good, room was clean, but mattress was adequate.

The AC didn’t work well and was very very noisy! The ground accent lights were directly pointed in the window. This had light coming in the small openings between walls and curtains! These conditions made it very impossible to sleep at all!

The place is pet friendly yet the rooms were so clean you couldn't tell. The service was fantastic - all the staff were super helpful and very nice. We stayed for 7 nights and this is my new fave place in the Omaha Metro. Hot breakfast, good parking, nice stay, clean rooms and I felt VERY SAFE here. For under $100 per night, it's impossible to find a better deal. We WILL be back! I have recommended this place to other people already.

Our stay was great. Easy check in and check out. They had a problem with the keys reseting every day, but we just had to take them to the desk and get new ones. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I chose this hotel based on price point and reviews, and it's convenient location to my destination. I was surprised to find no coffee maker, microwave or mini fridge in the room. Yes, coffee available in the lobby 24/7 however the complimentary breakfast wasn't put out until 7am. Just timing on my part, but i had to leave for my destination before that. The staff was very friendly and the room clean and comfortable. I still rate it overall highly, just need to be aware of the limitations in the amenities.

Two night stay was sleepless due to constant neighbor noise. Room phone didn't work to contact front desk. Check-out is 11 but housekeeping banged on our door @ 9. Rugs are stained & ripped. We won't revisit .

Thank you for having very professional staff at the front desk. I was traveling alone, and I was happy She did not repeat my address, my full name or make it obvious I was traveling alone. The lobby was full of men and if she would’ve repeated anything, I would’ve left and found a Hilton property. The room was very clean and neat. The sheets felt like cardboard and made my skin itchy. The heat and AC unit was outdated and extremely loud. The walls were so thin. I did not know that’s why the earplugs are provided. I would not stay again, but the price was decent. I did not eat any of the continental breakfast, most of it was gone by 8:15 in the morning and I needed to get on the road. The coffee was terrible.

The only issue we had with our stay was that our TV didn’t work. It was stuck to one channel, staff came up to our room twice and tried to fix it but said that they had been having internet problems.

There is no kind of draft stopper/seal for the bottom of the room doors and you can hear inside the room very easily from the hallways. I don’t consider that privacy and value my privacy so that’s very disappointing.

The rooms need updating. There is a smell in the rooms and maybe that’s because there are so many dogs staying there, not everybody keeps their dog as clean as they should and I don’t know if I’m sleeping in a bed that has fleas and ticks in it. I was there for three nights, and every time I came out of my room to get on the elevator, I could hear a dog barking.

I was given a handicap room. I don’t know the reason. I have never had a bath room that didn’t have a counter. It had a hanging sink and a small shelf. You have to request clean towels and plunger your own toilet. They need to advance to the 21st century. Will not go back.

The room was very basic, a bed and a bathroom. I was disappointed because I booked a room with a refrigerator - but there was no refrigerator. I needed it because I had a cooler full of food I brought with me. The walls are thin and I could hear people and beds next door.

We ended up not checking in...I was told by the reception that they room we had reserved through Travelocity was not available. But that they could upgrade us to a more expensive room. We are on a tight budget...that was not an option and after 12 hours on the road, we were forced to continue driving until we found another option. Disgusting and the front desk was RUDE.

The soap in the shower is attached to the wall and is great for someone that can take a shower but I am a amputee and have to take a bath and had no way of reaching the soap or shampoo , handicap assessable is very important to me and that just ruined it for me

Building of Hotel Design is very beautiful and staffs are very nice hospitality and rooms are very clean. We took three rooms and everybody of our group like this hotel.
