Floor tiles in the bathroom were broken & wobbly, 1 in front of the sink, and 1 in front of the tub. The tub water faucet would not stop dripping. The morning manager was grumpy and unfriendly. The only rolling cart has an issue with the wheels so it was very difficult for us to navigate / push it where we needed it to go.
Breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the Texas shaped waffles. But there is no coffee available in the lobby after breakfast is done. And the water fountain on the first floor is completely unfuctional. The desk staff offered to sell us bottled water, and then offered it at no charge after we complained.

I was unable to check in because nobody was at the desk for several hours and they did not answer the phone when I called multiple times. There was a sign to have some coffee and they’d be right back. I ended up getting a room at another hotel because it was impossible to check in

The company did not provide a receipt for me. They said since I booked via Expedia, I need to get receipt from them. I've booked hotels for years through expedia and this was the first time a hotel did not provide a receipt.
Soes not change my experience overall for the stay. It was peaceful, quiet, felt safe and comfortable.

Everything was perfect! Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was yummy! We will stay here our next visit.

It was very nice. The jetted tub was great after a long day. My only complaint the TV was not very user friendly.

This fit the bill perfectly for our trip to Granbury for the Candlelight Tour. Price was right and it was very convenient to get into downtown.

Walls were kind of thin, can hear noises from next room.
There was some kind of loud rattle on the side of the building by the area where you can walk your dog. Not sure if it was the heater/air conditioner unit or some kind of electrical unit. Thankfully, i could not hear it from my room but the banging did scare my dog.
The check in was very smooth and the front desk staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean. The half pillows were not great but for some reason most hotels have the small pillows now. They really are not very supportive for adult size heads.

Nice, spacious, clean room. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area and not far from Walmart and several restaurants.

We traveled to town for a football game in Stephenville and it was perfect for a night. The beds were comfy, room was clean and we had a pretty good night’s sleep! Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to food options and felt very safe.

Me and my family have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and have always had a great experience. The hotel is clean the staff is friendly the pool and hot tub are well kept.

The shower head needed replacing. Very bad leak where shower head screws into the pipe.

The fold out couch mattress was absolutely disgusting. Huge stains of whatever. We had to put a thick mattress cover over it for my son to sleep on it. The night shift person was very accomodatiing and gave us the cover as well as attempting to find another suitable room. I did not want to sleep under the covers. Nice looking hotel. Needs some serious cleaning and oversite. It was 250.00 per night.

The walls are paper thin. The people above us sounded like they were hammering on something for two hours starting at 6:00 using the morning. The kids in the room next door were fightno g and their dog was barking. The lady at the front desk is grumpy.

It was a good stay very clean the only down side was the stay was not very friendly and our room keys had to be reactivated three different times

We arrived 35 minutes early and was refused an early check in even though there were no one at the hotel at all. The new counter clerk said that she wasn't allowed to check in anyone before 3pm. When we came back at 3pm the overnight manager said that the previous clerk was new and was still learning.

Everything was ok until we went downstairs to get breakfast at 9:05am that we thought would run until 10am but she was already closing it now. No real reason was given.

The hotel advertised heated pool the pool was not heated. The Jacuzzi was broken a continental breakfast no gravy on it no gravy or potatoes and the hotel staff was nice but far as for the pool in the Jacuzzi it was not working.

Very clean, awesome shower, great breakfast, and the fall decorations made me feel right at home. They take pets too! 😊 Will definitely be returning!

The front desk were friendly and the hotel was clean too but the only thing is that the two days that we stayed roaches came out in the restroom.

Biggest advertisement for the hotel is that it had a heated indoor pool. The only thing that was heated was the hot tub, the pool was freezing. Hot tub also stopped heating at the end of the trip.
