The stay was fine. I was a little skeptical at first reading the reviews. The hotel seemed like it was refurbished. Carpets seemed new and clean, beds were comfortable. There was still a smell of new construction. The stay was fine for one night.

The clerk that checked me in was grumpy and appeared to not enjoy her job. She was very blunt, to the point, wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t smile. She used one to three word commands such as “ID, registration, form of payment, sign here, initial here, the elevator’s there, coffee is there, etc.” she is very unpleasant.

I like the secure parking it made us feel safer. The room was super clean and the staff were super friendly. It was an economical choice for our family.

This was not a great place to stay no where to hang your clothes No iron for the clothes Just enough towels for you to take one shower in the room no closet or dresser drawers. This place really need help.

The website stated there was continental breakfast. Instead I was rudely handed 2 breakfast bags. And when I inquired about the continental breakfast I was told “this is breakfast.”

Will stay elsewhere before considering this property again... As dirty as it can be, weed smell all over hallways and underground parking garage... Definitely not a place you want to bring your kids... Also, THERE IS NO FREE BREAKFAST as advertised. You will be handed a bag with a water bottle, a yogurt and a muffin, only if you ask for it...

The property should have been finished renovating before letting people come and stay. The parking lot was not cleaned from the snow, very unsafe!! No phone in the room to call the front desk . I parked in the front of the inn because there were no more parking spaces.

The hotel could use an upgrade on the lighting in the room, and provide a lamp with plug outlets by the beds. Instead of a small breakfast bar, breakfast was in a brown paper bag, sitting on a table. I didn't know it was and I didn't bother to pick one up.

*NO USB PORT(s)* For 1 night, on a Monday. Got the bland employee for check in. It is Very Simple and Out Dated. Wood furniture and couch from 80's? TV is on top of slanted top cabinet. WHICH DOES NOT drown out the ppl above you. Lucky me I was below 2 Adjoining Rooms. Yes, Which CAN BE described as Elephants or Coming Thru the ceiling. And you hear the flushing of the toilet and running water in the pipes afterwards. I thought it was funny, I went up to the 3rd floor and saw "Do Not Disturb" on both doors. But they can DISTURB everyone around them...Awesome. Bed was ok. Grab n Go Bag(3 items) breakfast? I could've packed that Myself. Have no fear, McDonald's/Wawa/ Royal Farms are close. I got out there before 7:30, because the Circus above me awoke the elephants. Nobody at the desk, so I just tossed the key envelope behind the plexiglass.Don"t forget your USB ADAPTER!!! Plenty of outlets. Yeah, the mirrors behind the bed, oh my, how about a Sound Proof Panel/wall?

No furniture in lobby. Still have bagged breakfast. Neighbors were loud. Hotel smelled sometimes like disinfectant and other times rather musty. Staff was nice. View of River from room was beautiful.
