Stay was great. Only thing, was that we forgot to put the do not disturb sign on the door and when housekeeping came in the morning she just kept knocking the door. I asked whonis it and she just kept knocking till we said come back later.

Everything was great minus I had to pay separately at a lot for parking my car.

The place is clean and beautiful. Have to park in the parking lot and that costs extra money but otherwise the hotel is well kept and clean. Will go again for sure

Good stay

Hotel is pretty and overall well maintained. Check-in was fast and the front desk was friendly. My wife and I travelled by train to the area and chose this location because it is in walking distance to the train and nearby hospital (we were there for an early morning procedure at the hospital and chose this facility for its location and ammenities). The hotel description stated that it had a restaurant and a bar that served food which was perfect for us because we did not have a car and preferred to stay in the hotel for dinner. The front desk informed us upon check-in that the restaurant is only for events but we could have dinner in the bar. Unfortunately, the bar was having "food issues" and the kitchen was closed (it was about 5:00 pm). Only thing served was liquor. So, we had to take to the streets and find a suitable place for dinner (which was not easy as many places were closed). Our room was ok - King room, nice television. Bed was comfortable, uncomfortable pillows, nice towels in the bathroom and they provide small complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer was tucked under the sink.

Overall it was just okay. I felt like the room could’ve used some light repairs/upkeep. The check-in process was very quick, easy and she was friendly. I didn’t like the parking situation, but that’s my own fault for not researching better (I had to park at a parking garage nearby, it wasn’t far but made me nervous not knowing the area).

Stayed at this location over Thanksgiving holiday. From Wed night (11/22) after 10PM until I left on Sat (11/25). Cristopher's Restaurant and Bar were shut down. Had to go off property, at anytime, during those days for food and drink. Just a little inconvenient. Otherwise fantastic location.

Attended a birthday celebration in the hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were very accommodating.

Amazing location. Just a few minutes walk to everything you need in the heart of New Brunswick. The front desk staff is super nice and the room was big, clean, and perfect for a weekend away. The only criticism is that room we stayed in on the 7th floor made a ton of wierd clicking noises in the middle of the night. If you are a heavy sleeper no big deal, but if you aren't, it will drive you insane. Just sounded like clicking and movement coming from behind the TV unit but the noise was not caused from people in the next room. Other than that, love the location!

The hotel is ideally located for anyone attending anything on the Rutgers campus. It's an easy 15 minute walk. Also, there are many restaurants by the hotel ranging from humble pizzeria to upscale steakhouse. My comfortable room had neither entrance light nor overhead light. Strange.

Staff was wonderful and accommodating. The restaurant was delicious and many dining, shopping choices walkable from the hotel. Allowed pets which was wonderful! Even had biscuits at the front desk!

Convenient to both the amtrak station and Rutgers free shuttles. Great dining, theater, and museum within walking distance. Quiet, comfy room with good wifi and coffee maker

The stuff was very friendly and informative. Any questions asked for answered promptly.

Prices a bit high but you are paying for convenience. Extra costs to park. No free breakfast

Room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable

The property was overall good. The front staff seemed a bit confused about the reservation. The room had soap in the holder that was there before us and a crack showing in the left hand corner of the room. The safety, overall cleanliness, and convenience of the hotel to where we were going was perfect!

Hotel room was very stuffy

The condition of the room was a bit shabby. The wooden mirror frame was badly scratched, and the carpeting could use replacement. It was a surprise given the cost of the room.

I liked that our event was close and plenty of restaurants were close. I didn’t like that at 5:00 our Room wasn’t ready and they don’t cover the cost of parking. For as expensive as it is, I expected to be wowed
