Could not fault anything, this is our 2nd visit and we will be back. Value for money and close to everything I wanted to see. Nathan on the reception who greeted on arrival was so helpful , polite and a diamond who will go far. Thank you x

Hotel is in a great location near the canal, Leeds dock and the Armouries museum and a 15min pleasant walk to the city centre. Very quiet area, no traffic, but with a clean parking lot nearby. Comfortable double room with a huge bed, although we were provided with a room for disabled people which we didn't ask for (hotel was allegedly full so unable to change). Very good breakfast with plenty of choice and in a large open dining area.
