No breakfast as advertised, argumentative staff, trouble getting wifi password, trouble rebooking, washer/dryer broken

place smelled like cigarettes. sheets were dirty, hair on pillows

Hotel not as advertised. I am hiring a lawyer for a class action lawsuit involving Superlodge and Hotels.com's deceptive business practices. Hotel no refund policy was understood but you can't deny the service paying in advance when you didn't change your reservation, the hotel did. The ID policy wasn't stated on the website and only a small sign at the front desk upon check in that read id required. I have another party that witnessed the last room available that I purchased, be resold to the next party walking in, right in front of my face. This double booked room is Consumer Fraud and I'm calling the N.J. State Attorney General to report if I don't get my $80+ refund. Hotels.com said they were going to give me my money back when they get it back from the hotel and have not heard back from anyone. It's been over a week and somebody needs to pay and I will keep fighting for JUSTICE!!!! You better tell your CEO because now after being ignored I'm going to sue you for a lot more. My brother is Deputy District Attorney in N.J.

If you want to check in earlier than 3pm, they will charge you an early check in fee ($45 for us since we arrived at 1:30pm.) Upon check in they don’t tell you that you have to pay a key deposit ($25) even if you already reserved and paid the room in full. Once done checking in and going into the room, it was disgusting. Room hadn’t been cleaned; not vacuumed, clothes from previous guest in drawers, ring of dirt inside toilet bowl, not enough towels for 2 adults and 2 small children. Room smelled. Food inside air conditioner. Had to leave due to a family emergency (only stayed one night instead of 3) and wasn’t given partial credit. They try to rip you off anyway they can. This was by far the most disgusting, nastiest, filthy room I’ve ever seen. Never again staying in SUPERLODGE. Ever!

The room was not clean. The toilet was left a mess. Some type of messy stains on the shower curtain, the curtains to the room’s window were old, and worn down. The carpet was old, and the tv was stuck on a very low volume. The bed needed to be Lysol spray down. Before the bed could be used.

Ehh, you get what you pay for. Cheap hotel for a quick get away to AC, NJ. 15 mins to the boardwalk. Guy in the lobby is super cool, easy to talk to. Rooms are old, outdated, not the cleanest I've been in. But again... you get what you pay for.

Overall I was satisfied with my stay especially considering the price of the room. The bathroom and bedding seemed cleaned but the floor didn’t seem to be vacuumed. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful, even to a delivery driver who had the wrong motel during my check in. This was my 2nd time staying at this property and I am likely to stay again the next time I visit the area, unless a get a comped room of course elsewhere haha.

Stay away, the hotel was dirty, bad customer service. Stay there for 6 days they never came to clean the room and when I ask to clean the room they say that they will not clean it. They only clean it once per customer. They did not even want to change the towels and they did not change the towels. Just started away.
