The staff was amazing.!! The food was great! The artwork was absolutely beautiful, and what a great setting. The full moon came up over the lake . What a nice memory of Bariloche!!!

Old world charm done right. At El Casco Art Hotel, we were surrounded by paintings; sculptures and furniture that offered a sensory delight. The staff were exceptional, catering to all our needs. You know when professional feels cold and perfunctory, this was the opposite. The staff of El Casco were warm and helpful, leaving no stone unturned in making our experience unforgetable. From the turndown service to the play list at breakfast (I may have boogied a time or two), we felt welcomed and pampered. Shout out to Giancarlo, Tomas and Juan. We highly recommend this hotel.

Would stay here again. Beautiful hotel with magnificent view, art collection and friendly staff. Room was spacious and good breakfast.
During our stay, air conditioning was not available. It’s a centralized system so if you come between seasons be aware or contact hotel for details first.
