It was inconvenient to go up and down the stairs and switch floors from different sides of the building. The staff was great. Nice breakfast. Clean , large rooms. WiFi really weak

This is one of the most unique hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff were excellent - went way above and beyond when we needed a few documents printed, etc. The breakfast was also very good. This is without a doubt the best hotel in the old town area. Built right into a shopping mall with all kinds of amenities right inside and outside the building. Would definitely recommend. Coolest old elevator ever !!!

This property is in a beautiful area and very unique, however it is NOT easy to access and very much a maze to get in and out of along with your room location. Be aware if you have luggage. When car service drops you there are marble steps and a few homeless camps you have to step around. We stayed three days and two nights and only had hot water once? We could never get an answer as to why this happened? We had to leave at 3:30 in the morning to catch our flight our of Naples and a cold shower was not what we needed before our 19 hour travel back to the States.
