We booked the Presidential Suite as part of our honeymoon. Upon arrival there were issues with the room. We travel regularly and stay in 5* hotels. We believe the measure of any hotel is not how they relate to us when all as it should be but rather how they handle any issues that arise.
We had a senior manager arrive in our suite within 15 minutes of us raising our concerns. We decided that moving to a different room was the easiest option and this was done swiftly and without any fuss. The remainder of our stay was simply perfect. We enjoyed room service breakfast each morning. It arrived hot thanks to the small heated boxes that came with each trolley. We ate in all 3 of the hotel restaurants and the food was well presented and delicious each time. We'd particularly like to mention James, the Catalina Restaurant Manager as his professionalism and attention shown to us made our dining experience even more special. Davy, the Concierge also deserves a mention for his friendly demeanour and helpfulness shown to us. We can't wait to return for another stay.
