Everything except the morning breakfast. Really could add a hot cinnamon bun from time to time and real coffee.
The cool mornings that fire place should be operating all in all it was like walking into moms house. Love everything about this place

Reported the bug issue in my room, was told they were inundated with bugs that are like fireflies without the bulb, but they're harmless. Second, stains on the ottoman. Third no fan or heater in the bathroom; fourth, staff member cleaned the tables in the breakfast area, then went over to stir up the eggs without washing her hands. Customers are pigs where they leave large amounts of gravy in the ladle so small gnats accumulate. There's gnats/sm flies at the trash bins in the eating area as well.

Would have had 5 stars cause everything was great except, HVAC unit no way to shut it completely off, cycles loudly. Comforter had a few drops of dried blood (room 304), hopefully someone will clean that.

We arrived an hour past check in. The room was not cleaned. We had to wait 30 mins for them to clean it. Just to find out the key system was not working and would need to wait on the manager to leave his house and get there to fix it. Thankfully the shift person was able to let us in with a master key. I was very unhappy with my stay

While this hotel is better than the Days Inn across the street, it’s really getting nasty. We brought our dogs so I think we were assigned to the pet room. There was a stain on the closet door, mold in the shower, and the mattress was ancient and uncomfortable. Ugh.

We stayed over the past weekend again and had a wonderful visit. The room was very clean. This is a pet friendly hotel and never have I heard other animals or dealt with unruly pets. The staff goes above service to maintain cleanliness of the property. The only concern is there was new room furniture being stored in the dining room. Maybe it had been delivered and not moved to their permanent rooms yet. Other than that our stay was wonderful and will defiantly be returning soon.

Expedia advertised some rooms as being handicapped accessible. I specifically looked for this type room and the room I reserved stated it was handicapped accessible. When I got notice from the motel it said standard room. That’s not what I paid for. When we arrived late at night, the woman working the desk said they have never had those kinds of rooms. Very dissatisfied with Expedia!! You should make sure what you show/and tell about the rentals if factual. I fell 3 weeks ago and fractured my humorous in my left arm and fractured my left hip. Trying to go to bathroom and retain a little dignity was impossible. Bad job!! Will be using other vendors in the future.

The property was nice and clean no problems checking in or out. Added another night after the check in and was an easy process. Breakfast was good nothing spectacular but good food.

Hotel was ok for price. Staff were helpful in fixing the tv that didn’t work but took a whole day for someone to come look at it. Hot tub was cold and had no heat. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was decent.

no tv & no one to fix it, dirt behind bathroom door & 2 used wash clothes in the shower curtain..... they said that they would c what the can do about $ to adjust. nothing done as yet, we had 2 rooms as well as one we paid for the same day in another city so we did not have to check out or in again!!!

Check in was an adventure. Charged multiple times on my personal credit card (not sure if due to inexperience of staff or poor equipment). There was a lot of "I don't know...but I think it'll drop off. Call back if it doesn't."
Breakfast was horrible. Most everything was room temp or cold and I was there at 7:30am. There was a false alarm evacuation for Fire alarm. The staff didn't seem to know what to do.

The carpet was rather stained and needed a good cleaning. Since I am a barefoot person when relaxing, it was a little iffy, and I had to keep my shoes on.

We booked an accessible room but the reservation only showed a regular room! But the clerk made the change!

We discovered that Our room 104 did not have a shower that worked. The clerk came to our room and could not get it to work either. He offered my husband a key to an upstairs room to take a shower. He would have to get dressed and haul all his clothes and Dop kit with him. We just left after a disappointing breakfast. The juice machine was broken. The coffee was tasteless. The eggs and sausage were adequate. The water glass dispenser was not filled. Glad I could vent about this. Otherwise the room was very large although the king sheets did not stay on the bed very well.
