When we checked in to the first resort, there was black mold all over the front door, stains all over the rugs, bugs all over the floors, all the tables and dressers were damaged, the 2 beds in one of the rooms were broken. When we contacted the hotel, noone was in the office (at 6pm) to help us, so we were on the phone for about a half hour. They were giving us another resort just for the night, until we were able to speak to someone in the morning and possibly switch again. As they were gathering all the information for the new resort, they realized that that resort had a leak in it so they gave us another one. The 3rd resort was 20 min away from the original resort, in the opposite direction of where we needed to be (we are in SC for my son's wedding). When we arrived at the 3rd resort, the whole place smelled like must. The shower handels (hot and cold) did not work right. There was a hole in the bathroom behind the door knob. There was no towels, paper towels, toilet paper, sponges, shampoo and soap, or dish soap. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom. There was dripping somewhere under the sink in the kitchen. When we went to check out (at the original resort 20 min away), everyone was putting the blame on everyone else. They didnt compensate anything. In fact, they charged me an extra $167 for fees and taxes that they claimed weren't charged.

Its was very clean and quite. Only 5 minutes away from the Beach. This was my 3rd stay. Always a pleasure!

The check in process was a long wait due to there only being one person checking in everyone for a holiday weekend. The stay itself was good. Check out easy due to only needing to return the pool key.

I have called this property 4 times but cannot get a call back. We stayed only for one night and the place was overall nice, however they must have had a flood because as we walked around the floor water kept seeping up and the smell got worse. No one called me back to address this issue.

The room was not well cleaned. We in fact found snack cheese in the wall art. There were no extra trash bags. The freezer stunk. The floors were not cleaned. The bathrooms were not cleaned. The unit overall was great. The cleaning service ahead of time did little to nothing.

There was hair found in tub in my bathroom. Stool broken, and my niece fell off. There was no remote for the kids TV soon had to constantly change channel, and front desk closed at 5 even for late check ins. Didn't get a pool pass when you need a pool pass to get in the pool (also in and OUT the bathroom in pool house). THERE WAS NO TOILET PAPER IN THE ENTIRE PLACE, had to go buy some because front desk was closed.... When I went to check on on the morning and all for the pool key, lady was very rude then gave us a pool pass that didn't work. Then I took it back she was like well idk what to do cause she didn't have a spare one so we had to bum off getting in and out the pool from other guest and take our kids back to condo to use the bathroom. Just not a vacation at all and kinda embarrassing.

Room was overall disgusting. Hair, crumbs and debris all over. Refrigerator leaked, kitchen drawers had food in them. Wash cloth from previous guest left hanging in the shower. Food on living room walls, medication left behind nightstand. There was no sanitation done. The floors were dirty and sticky. Front desk manager, Jeff sent cleaning director, but she was new to property and could not address most issues. Maintenance man never came to fix any issues and manager never apologized.

We stayed in bldg 116, unit 104. This unit needs a DEEP cleaning. I don't know who was hired to clean these units, but there are not only stains in the carpet, but there are literal wet patches in the carpet that NEVER dry. The shower curtain in the guest bathroom has mold and mildew!!! Dust on the fans. The plates, cups, etc. in the cabinets were filthy! Even the insides of the cabinets were disgusting. There was no dish soap or dishwasher soap provided (EVERY condo we've stayed at has at least that, even other units at this same property). There was even a used washcloth hanging over the shower rod. The bedspreads were disgusting & when we complained there was only a bottom sheet & not enough towels, someone came the next day to drop off a bag of towels & sheets. They knocked but put the code in a minute later & came right in without waiting! There was no remote in the master bedroom. 2 small pillows on a king sized bed. How are 2 adults supposed to watch TV in bed against a hard headboard, really? The AC vent in the guest bedroom rattles LOUD every time the AC goes on. No replacement garbage bags. There was a password for the WiFi on the router, but nothing to tell us the name of the network, we had to guess. The list goes on. I get that it's an older property, but it wasn't even CLEAN, let alone COVID clean. It was awful. It needs a REAL deep clean, like every nook & cranny. And maintenance. I had to buy sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, lysol, febreeze, etc. Gross.

The property manager is not available for the guess after 5pm they are management only the apartments for each owner this is not resort place i was lie to us the orbitz should review the picture for the apartments is no the place that they give to the customers not always had the owner clean and had not do not comply with the regulation of CDC the carpet was dirty and the air unit inside not have a filter . Was terrible because i expect a different place for the money that i was payed . I went to the office next day early and is not open until 9am after they went to the place they return my money back and i need to look for other place .

The management of this property is subpar. I tried to reschedule our visit dates and the owner would not accommodate us even though there was a pandemic going on. I’m a retired combat veteran and this company treated me like garbage. I hope they enjoy my $500 deposit.

Property was very quiet. Only issue was "waaaay" to much lighting outside one bedroom window. Had to by eye masks to sleep at night.

Not well kept condos, no wifi service at all. The staff we dealt with were very good but just were not able to get the problems solved. Would not stay here again.

Great stay, clean. Super easy after-hours check in. Great view of the golf course. No playground near by but other than that it was great.

We was moved to another property. It was old and run down. The Sands Oceans Club. So we felt cheated.

Customer service is almost nonexistent. My family and I were locked in the unit due to a malfunctioning lock. Check in was a nightmare. In the contract said absolutely no pets allowed. This was great since my son is allergic to dogs. The next morning a dog was barking and scratching on an adjoining door to my unit from the unit next door. When I called to report the issue, the customer service agent said they didn’t own that unit so the neighbor could have the animal on the property.The unit was clean, but not everything worked in the unit. We will not stay here again, very disappointing overall.

My stay overall was good location was close to everything around myrtle beach. My only issue was the bed was not that comfortable in main bedroom but I would stay there again.

Furnishings were not at all comfortable. They were very tacky and dated. The unit was not clean. You could feel the sticky on your feet. Poorly maintained. Beach Vacations did an exceptional job of moving our accommodations to another property so cudos to them.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family. We chose to stay a few miles away from the beach and this worked out perfect. Nice size condo, clean pool and golf. Good times.

It was wonderful. Very clean! More than enough amenities! Pool key was useful to use anytime we wanted to during the hours of operations!

We made reservation and check in time was 3pm but when we arrived hey staff told us it was 4pm. We were going to a wedding and needed to change clothes because we gave from out of state. They said it was 4pm and room wasn't ready. We asked when it was going to be ready and was told they didn't know. Man at desk said he would give us a call so we sat in parking lot for an hour. He never called so we went back in at 3pm and he said it was still not ready. He said he would call and never did. We had to find somewhere to change because we were in the wedding. We got back from wedding and it was so dark at the resort it was hard to find our unit. Also the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. I still when we explained the situation they could have been more accommodating. Terrible customer service.!!!!!!!! Won't go back. Lost a customer.

2 bedroom was roomy, furniture not comfortable, it would be nice if there was soap for washing machine, and a package of coffee or two would also be nice. Check-in was a pain, wrong address from reservation from expedia. I would also have liked a king bed vs. two twin together.

My trip overall was good. I was dissatisfied with Expedia and the reservation experience. Booked an earlier (two weeks earlier) reservation closer to the beach for a reasonable rate and was disappointed when it was canceled by Expedia because they overbooked. At the last minute, this hotel was found and I incurred a $100 hotel fee and $35 fee which originally wasn't a part of my original reservation. Overall, my family had a nice time on vacation, but I will not make reservations with Expedia next time.

This is not a hotel and there were no maid services. You had to bring your towels and bath tissue. It was listed as a hotel but it is a condo rental out of Myrtle Beach away from everything. To far to get food and you have to clean it before you leave. I was very unhappy with this. I did not go on vacation to clean.

My family and I stayed at the resort from July 14th- 21st. Upon checkin we were first booked at another property down the road from where we originally booked our stay. Please be sure when you check in they give you a condo on the resort grounds. The first condo we had was nice despite some stains on the carpeting in the living room. The condo was in a quiet development and we would've stayed if there was the free internet service as mentioned under amenities. I called the office and was told that unit doesn't offer free internet as the owner didn't provide it. I told her that I was okay with the move off the golf resort grounds but when I couldn't get the internet, I wanted another condo. About an hour later they told me they had a unit on the resort grounds but we couldn't move over until the following day.
The following day we moved into a nicer condo with larger bedrooms and the decor was nicer. I quickly learned that there was no internet service there as well. After another call to the office I was told that the clubhouse offered complimentary internet. I then inquired about the fitness center because I hadn't been given a key or code into the building at the pool. I was told that the fitness center is only available to only the owners. 2 of the reasons for booking at this resort was for internet and fitness center but they offered neither. I don't know where the blame lies but clearly expedia or world tour resort need to get on the same page.

This is my second visit to Myrtle Beach, and I stayed at the Caravelle Hotel for my last stay. The World Tour Resort was much better! This condo is actually more like an apartment on the golf course. It's very quiet and the condo was very spacious and comfortable. It is about 5-10 minutes from the beach depending on traffic, and about the same distance from all other attractions including Broadway at the Beach. I will never book a hotel room again as along as these condos are available.

Nothing in the pictures on-line was found in our room. Service was nonexistent. Best time was when we weren't in the room.

This was a very nice condo. Finding where to check in was a little confusing. The beds are fairly bouncy (very soft) so... disappointing for those who like a firm mattress. Although it was noted hair dryers are supplied in the rooms,(important for us females) our room did NOT have one. I called the office and was told most rooms have them but not always. The maids were gone for the day so it would be the following morning before one could be delivered. I was gone during the maids working hours, so guess what, still no hair dryer. I had to go buy one. I would stay there again but I will carry my hair dryer with me next time just in case. Great location.
