Wasn't so happy about the room I paid for. It was $255 a nt. The jet tub was dirty. My accommodation was 1000 pts. Not worth it at all.

When we arrived at the hotel, there were people in the front doing drugs and houseless people loitering. We have young kids and they were worried. The swimming pool was out of service. People were roaming inside and outside of the hotel. We did not check in and left to look for another hotel.

Make sure if you have a reservation for business that you bring a letter that you are allowed to use the business credit card. Reservation was made with the same card for five rooms and we were not allowed to use the businesses credit card. We had stayed two weeks prior with no issues. Made the guy that checked one of us in cancel the credit card. Very unprofessional and not happy with her service!

The hotel hallway was very noisy until 1:00 a.m. The hallway lights shined under the door and let light into the room.

Overall they have the earliest and best breakfast. But one elevator hasn’t been working for a couple weeks (my second stay in 2 weeks), the pool was not usable and the hot tub was lukewarm. The staff are always great but the maintenance issues need to be addressed

I was there to take care of a death in the family and spent just a little bit of time in the room but there's a few issues I had, just didn't have time to let them know about it till the night before we left. 1.). The air in the main room didn't work, but it was cool enough outside to not be a huge problem 2.) I had gotten the one with jetted hot tub... Well I will save you the hour and 15 minutes of fill up time.. And let you know, it's barely had any ummph.. Even on high. Definitely not worth the wait. 3.) for guys, the toilet seat would not stay up, so I had to do the leg out to hold the lid. Had it been a typical trip, I'd probably have gotten at least #1 and #3 fixed right away and the staff was super friendly. Over all not a bad stay, just a few issues that probably need addressing. I let them know so hopefully they do.

From the time I called to ask if there was a space for me to park my semi truck to the time I checked in Ennesy was great. She made it to where I was comfortable and able to get a good night rest. Thank you for going above and beyond

The rooms are a bit dated. Couldn’t control the heat or air conditioner. Both the pool and room itself were very cold. Breakfast was very good.

This is an older hotel but it was very well kept and clean. The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly, professional and very helpful. The breakfast station was stocked, organized and always neat and clean. The hot food was fresh and tasty. This was my first stay in an IHG Holiday Inn Express for over 20 years and was pleasantly surprised.

There was nothing I didn’t like, the hotel staff was very pleasant the hotel smelled good unlike the one across the way. Loved how decorative the lobby was, the beds are comfortable and the dove body was smelled good. Next visit I’d love to see plant base, vegetarian or vegan breakfast served along with those who don’t meat or eggs. Thank you all for making my stay pleasant

This hotel is just ok. There wasn't a remote in our room. We asked for one 3 different times and they never brought us one,so we couldn't even watch our TV! I would not stay here again.

I-5 on the east side of the hotel. Pacific highway on the west side of the hotel. You’re sandwiched in between 2 very noisy high traffic areas. Homeless people nearby.

There was a mixup with my prepaid reservation. At least three times someone tried to enter my room. I kept getting woken up with employees knocking on my door even though I was on the phone for an hour working out the details of the reservation. I was fighting the flu at the same time. Needless to say my stay could have been better. The rooms and carpet need refreshing. The decor is dated in these areas. Breakfast and good coffee was the saving grace. I could hear the kids in the pool two floors up. I’m on day two back home and just starting to feel the exhaustion subside.

The hotel had an easy check-in, the room looked good, but the bath tub had bad stains. The flush handle was not working, there was food on the chair handle bars from the previous guest. The hotel front desk, sent house keeping in a very short time. We were given a bath mat to mitigate the issue. They said the stains will not go away and need some special washing.
