Lovely hotel. Fantastic music both nights …grand piano in bar. Really quiet room with lots of daylight. Place really clean. Staff very nice and overall ambience really good.

Well located hotel. Perfect breakfast. We have been upgraded but the mattress was not the top ! Super service and availability of staff. Spa is ok but you need to book.

Our room had a beautiful view of lakes, mountains and green pastures. The room was spacious with two comfortable beds. He staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped me when I had trouble with a train booking. There was a free shuttle to city centre that we used a couple of times.

Gorgeous location away from all the hustle and bustle of the midnight drag yet short drive to all the shops. Quiet, clean. excellent beds, hot water, bath and shower, bath robes. Excellent dining options. Would definitely revisit.

The hotel is very far outside of Killarney. There is no courtesy shuttle as advertised - I was told quite rudely at the reception when I checked in that the website was wrong and there was noone to drive the courtesy vehicle I had seen in the carpark. The gentleman in concierge (Brendan) then appeared and very kindly offered to take us into town. The spa and leisure facilities are tired - not 5 star. The views are beautiful but only if you are in a higher floor room. We were on the 1st floor and the room was extremely dark, with views of the road, not the lakes, even though we checked in early and asked would we have a view of the lakes - receptionist again quite rudely told me no - hotel is fully booked. I asked about the amenities - what bars / restaurants were available - I was told the bell boy would tell me all of that information. I would definitely reconsider the front of house staff for first impressions - it put a real dampener on our arrival. Drinks in the bar - very expensive and no real atmosphere. Nice views. Restaurant and bar staff very friendly, John & Brendan in concierge deserve a special thank you. Hotel is fine - not a great location for visiting Killarney, and not the type of hotel you would stay in during the day.

The staff were absolutely excellent but lacking some local staff with a bit of craic. The meal was ok but not blown away with it and not a lot of choice either. Room was fab and views amazing but did lack a bit of atmosphere overall.

The hotel is gorgeous, we were upgraded for free to a suite as it was off season. The room over looked a graveyard but that didn't bother us. You could also see an incredible lake and mountain view behind. The thermal suite in the spa is incredible. The swimming pool is spacious and warm with a lovely jacuzzi. All staff are very friendly. We stayed two nights b&b. The cooked breakfast on the first morning was disappointing but the second morning was good. Everything else was top class. Great place to treat yourself.

The hotel, the restaurant and spa amazing. All stuff professional and helpful. I asked a small surprise because of my boyfriend birthday, and they did a small macarons, it was nice. We really enjoyed there! The view is beautiful!
