Location is convenient, clean and staff are friendly and welcoming. Internet and TV worked good. My only concern was the breakfast and options. There was limited supply and most items were out. I actually opted out of eating because of this.

A quick check-in to Holiday Inn Express to avoid threatened golfball size hail and possible tornado. “Taking cover” was never so comfortable and reassuring!

Originally planned for two nights. Needed to change it one night, plus a 2nd room. Needed 2 rooms for one night. That was very difficult when I called in and when I showed up. And then they charged me for 3 rooms, two nights, total of $1200 off my credit card. That should have been $400 :( Room was nice, beds a bit stiff, Bathroom door is akward. Should put a roll of paper towel on the counter for suites. Had to use towels to clean our faces after eating.

Front desk was great during check in but disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Every time we stayed in a hotel I always checked the beddings first before we lay down found a hair under the pillow, bathroom floor has some kind of stain that looks like blood its already dry, and it was everywhere. Disappointed from what we’ve paid for it was not cheap we’ve paid $455 for 2 rooms for 1night. First time to book at holiday in we always book Best Western, Marriott or hilton we won’t be checking in to holiday inn again.

Hot tub and laundry were out of order. Bathtub was dumping out rust and debris. Moved to a new room that smelled like a chemical cleaner. Ended up changing hotels.

Having issues currently with my back, I booked this room almost entirely because of their advertised hot tub. After 8+ hours of driving, this was going to be great. There was no hot tub.

Room was clean and well appointed although I’m not a fan of the refillable amenities as I’m never sure how secure they are. I bring my own so that’s not a problem. The fridge was louder than some I’ve had in rooms.

The bed was comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. However the amenities were run down and dirty. I went to use the pool and immediately left because of the condition. The bathroom vanity looked upgraded, but the shower was worn out and old.

For the price it did not meet expectations. I usually always have something good to say but it was definitely not the best stay. Thermostat wouldn’t work in room at all was either freezing cold or crazy hot not medium. No options for snacks or even water available to purchase at night. Hot tub not working but was not informed until arrival by a small hand written sign. Had to wait to get checked in for quiet some time before someone showed up at from desk (830pm). We had a fridge but not cold at all? Breakfast in morning was not good at all and I am not a fussy eater whatsoever. But I finally even had to go into kitchen area and ask someone if we could get coffee since it was right right out and then man was very nice but was just sitting back there on his phone. Honestly this hurts to leave such a bad review because I truly do not like doing it but I wish I would have seen a review like this and paid the $50 more and went to the other hotel across street. Usually we have good experiences at Holiday Inn but this definitely was not one I’d go back to especially for how much the room cost.
