The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The location for the city centre was perfect and all facilities were clean and in good order. We had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel

The staff was very friendly on arrival and had us checked in within minutes. Our room was very clean and spacious. We had a twin room. One of the bed bases was broken but this was changed the same day as reported.
The room was cleaned daily. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Coffee/tea was replaced daily and cups cleaned.
