We booked this hotel because we were visiting family. It was comfortable, near everything, especially the woodbury commons outletđ, and only 10 mom from my family.

We haven't been to a better Hampton Inn. It was incredibly clean and bright. The breakfast area was spacious and the food was great. The eggs were great and that's rare :)

Everyone was wonderful staff was friendly hotel was very modern and clean. I especially appreciate the complementary breakfast which was delicious. I felt like a boss making my own waffles. If Iâm ever in the area I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stay here sometimes if the weather is bad and I don't want to drive home from work (my commute is about 50 minutes). It is always a nice stay. Clean, comfortable rooms. I sleep like a baby.

Honestly, this place exceeded my admittedly low expectations. Everything was clean and pretty well maintained. Staff were helpful. Shower temp and pressure were good, though it took a little while to warm up. I could have used some slippers, though this is not a full service property. The only negative was that the WiFi wasnât working.

Overall quite satisfied with our experience at this place. Rooms were clean, staff was kind, and the complimentary breakfast service was a nice. Only complaint was the water pressure in the bathroom wasnât too strong.

This property was worth the trip. My family and I enjoyed the facility. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice. Great water flow. There were ample sitting areas in the lobby for families. The breakfast in the morning was beautiful and very convenient. The heated pool and hot tub worth mentioning as well. The staff were also present, very pleasant and helpful. Great hotel will visit again!!

Staff met me with a smile. They were attentive but aware of other people waiting. I canât say enough good things. Room is clean and updated and quite large. As an ex manager at a Starwood property this is just as nice minus food service.

The eorkout rolm is toght bear the pool and stinks of chlotjne, the parking alwsys has somone nending ocer in front of the csr, The dtaff have loud soanish conversations in front of youf foor, digs batk at noght , tje curtsins are broken and do t shut, the shower pipes whistle louy while you use thrm and breakast is pricey, the hiltons should be nade aware of how their name is being sabotaged, a disgusting nightmare with an old microwave, a tv that requests an ibscure app ftom china with 150 downloads yo interfave with your phone, the mold is hiriffic

I only stay at this hotel as it is the closest to Woodbury Common and there was supposedly a shuttle service HOWEVER please be warned that this shuttle may not operate at all times! Ended paying a fortune in taxi fares as the shuttle was not running half the time. There is only 1 driver and the shuttle timetable is literally subject to his working schedule. Felt cheated and mis-sold. So beware travelers who do not drive. This hotel stay was not cheap and I may re-consider other options in future. I have tried to stay loyal to Hilton Group, but this may have to change.

We got greeted very kindly and had lots of fun already at the checkin. They were even able to adjust to a wish.
The room was very nicely decorated with all necessary features and enough room for all our luggage.
Only the beds squeaked and there was a large stain on the carpet. A former guest probably has spilled some coffee.
Besides that everything was perfectly fine.

I was traveling out of state and planned to shop at Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets for 2 days. This Hampton Inn is conveniently located near the outlets and was a very comfortable stay.

What a waste of money !! The hotel is far from the outlet the hotel bus isn't available all the time so uber or a taxi are the solution , unfortunately you must wait a long time to have one . The breakfast at the hotel is the worst and no water in the room so you need to buy it at th reception . If you're willing to book yhis hotel rent a car , parking is free at the hotel and the outlet .
