Best service we have ever received from staff.
Every single member of staff we encountered at the hotel was incredibly polite, kind and extremely helpful. Mia at the front desk was particularly helpful & super lovely, as was the restaurant manager. We felt so incredibly welcome and well looked after throughout our stay, despite having some issues with our booking through Expedia. The team swiftly and generously resolved these problems, which frankly, were not even their fault.
We ordered takeout for dinner at quite a late hour, and the night shift manager brought us plates and cutlery without us even asking. This is just one of many examples of the good service we received.
The hotel grounds and building are absolutely stunning, as was the lunch. Definitely recommend going for a walk through the grounds and the woodland area at the back.
The room we stayed in was little dated, particularly the bathroom which was a bit unbecoming but we didn’t mind this for the price.
Thank you for making our visit so special.
